Jordan's P.O.V.
His house was huge! What was his job?! It was gorgeous, and then I thought hey, maybe this summer won't be so bad!
"Jordan!" I heard a man shout. Well that man happened to be my dad.
"Hi dad." I said as he pulled me into a hug.
"oh, how you have grown."
"Well you have missed out on like the last 4 years of my life."
"Jord-"
"No calls? No letters? Nothing? What kind of dad are you?!"
"Jordan. Please listen to me." He tried. But before he could say anything I sprinted off.
When I was out of breath I decided I would just go inside the house. I guess I entered the basement. There was a game room and everything.
"Hi I'm Luke!" This good looking boy said. Then I heard whistles. Who were this boys?
"Jordan."
"Shit! We can't talk to you. Uhhh nice meeting to you!" And with that Luke sprinted off.
I was utterly confused. "Uhm can one of you guys help me?"
"No we are not supposed to be talking to you."
"Glad you are listening to my rules." A voice said from behind me. Once again my dad.
"Well sir, I would not want to lose my scholarship." The same boy said again.
"Good to hear." My dad replied.
"Jordan, Milly will show you to your room." Who was Milly?
Right when that thought popped into my head an older woman walked over by me and took my arm.
"Here is your room." Milly said. "I hope you like it if you need anything let me know." She continued in a raspy voice.
"Thank you." I replied. I took it all in this room was huge. It was like the size of my house back in Tennessee. The walls were a French blue, had a balcony, a huge closet, and a huge bathroom. I had a kind sized bed with a white comforter. I had a desk with a Mac air on it.
"Jordie?" My mom called out. "Yeah?"
"Don't forget about your fries."
"I won't I'll be down soon."
I could honestly care less about the fries. I starved myself most of the time anyways. I would probably end up throwing them back up.
I was about to go on the mac when there was a knock at the door.
"Come in!" I shouted from my chair.
"Hi Jordan, I don't mean to bother you, but here are your bags and I brought up your snack too." Milly said. She was so sweet.
"Thank you so much." I grabbed the plate from her and set it on a side table, and put my bags in the closet.
"How about when you get settled I take you to the market with me? You like shopping?" She asked.
"Yes I'd love to go."
"Okay maybe we will go in a few days." And then she left.
We maybe I could survive this summer with Milly she seemed nice enough.
I decided I would have some of the fries and get changed into comfy clothes. I was watching TV in a Nike sports bra and spandex.
I was about to fall asleep when someone bursted through the balcony. Holy shit.
"Uh, wrong room! So sorry!" The guy said. "Oh no don't worry about it." I replied trying to be nice..
"Oh I'm not supposed to talk to you, but I'm Sam."
"Nice to meet you. But what's up with all these boys, and not allowed to talk to me?"
"You are coache's daughter!"
"Coach for what?"
"Florida State baseball team."
"The college?"
"Noooo the restarunt, of course the college!"
"Uhm thanks can you uh give me a minute?"
"Sure! I'm going home soon anyways my grandfather is sick, but if u have anymore questions text me." Sam said as he handed me a post-it with a number.
"Bye! Nice meeting you." But he left before I finished so I doubt he heard me.
I decided that I would look up how he has gotten all of this. I mean how much money can being a coach get you? It can't be that much.
I was searching on the internet. When my WiFi suddenly stopped working. What the hell? Ughhh.
Hey, this is Jordan I know it has been like 10 minutes, but I have a question.
Ask away. Btw next time a boy goes into your room put on a shirt ;) - Sam
What the hell? Ughhh boys.
I'm sorry that probably sounded really weird, but I guess I'll tell you...... I'm gay. -Sam
Oh no worries and thanks for the wake up call haha. And Why isn't my WiFi working?
Coach shuts the WiFi down during big work out sessions or late at night. -Sam
Okay thanks!
My dad cared about these boys way too much. Really shut down the WiFi? Hr even lets the players sleep at his house!!
This is one summer. I just hope that it turns out the way I want it, I don't mean to sound spoiled, but I just hate surprises.
