The Pain Within

Chapter 1

Naruto's P.O.V  *Thoughts in mind*

  I'm on my way to my team's training area, it was currently 6:30 in the morning. I was there first, I made sure nobody was around watching me. Eh, it's not like any body would notice I was gone or even care what I was doing, if anything they would be happy and encourage me to keep doing it. So with that I took off my ugly orange jacket, I looked down and that made me realize how fat I was getting it made me look fatter than Choji.  I took out my favorite kunai and, slice, it was my fault my team didn't complete the mission, slice, I'm getting so fat I think I actually might be fatter than Choji, slice, slice, slice, slice, slice, it's my fault lots of people lost their loved ones just because I was born, twelve years ago, today is the worst days imaginable.  Today... today is my birthday, the day when Kyuubi attacked the village and the 4th hokage died, SLICE.  With that last one I bandaged up my arms and put my orange jacket back on. Then, 5 minutes later I saw Sasuke coming up the hill.  I guess it's time to see if he remembers what day it is, also time for me to put on my 'mask'.

  "HEY, TEME!!!", I say with that idiotic goofy smile plastered on my face.  Sasuke answered with,"Hn, dobe." with a bored expression. I didn't expect him to know or care anyways, "I'll definitely beat you during training this time, teme!" I said while trying to shake off what he just called me.  He just said, "You wish you could beat me, your just a dead last, idiotic, LOSER!",while having an evil smirk making me want to punch it right off.  I was shattered I to a million pieces while my mask slipped off for a second, putting it back on hopefully sasuke hadn't noticed and said,"YOUR ON!".
