The Witch

Part 2

As she ran she thought that her parents would be so disappointed if they knew that mother was dying and that their daughter ran away so they would do nothing to stop her mother's death. Rose decided to get out of town grab food and make her way to the mountains. She grabbed her favorite leaf jacket and other clothes, sweets, tea and fruit to take, and started off. There were a lot of places in town she had wanted to see. She saw most of them and saw many things never seen before. As she went out she saw the area of the fairies she was in shock, elves and fairies were in war.

Lands were destroyed, and as she made the way out of the forest, fairies noticed her but said nothing for to see an elf was what they were most scared of. She made her way out of the enchanted forest and from where she was standing it was amazing but something made her stop. As she walked she saw the amazing mountains from where she was standing but all she thought was that there is no time to look at amazing places she needed to save her mother from death that could occur any minute now. She walked into many villages and took what she could from fairies and ran away. She climbed day after day until she saw it, the witch's cottage built on the hill of a dark forest.

The cottage scared Rose as she attempted to knock on the wooden door but before she could, it swag wide open and evil laughs were all that Rose could hear. "Come in come in," was what the witch said. Rose's voice was shaking as she walked in. "uhhh, excuse me witch of the mountains I need to talk to-. "Yes I know your mum's dying and you want me to save her" said the witch. "Yes" rose said happily. She released at the moment she said yes, the witch wouldn't save her mother! She begged for hours to the point where she realized the witch would only save her mother and put a spell on herself. "Witch of the mountains I've come to bargain with you". "Yes", she replied. If you save my mother you can curse me with your worse spell. "DEAL" the witch said. So do it already my mother will be dead in a few minutes or maybe already dead SAVE HER. Okay I will... (DID YOU)? Yes I did! So then what's my curse? The witch replied, "You will now have a curse when you are out of the enchanted forest you will change into a fairy." Okay is that it Rose thought to herself so it's not that bad she barely left the forest.

As Rose headed home she felt sick... then she realized she had wings and she was so beautiful. As she made it though the villages everyone stared at her and gasped she was like an angle. She made it to the border, and hoped the witch was not bad enough to give her a bad spell. She ran to her house and saw her mother she was dead. She cursed and ran to her room! As she slammed her door behind her she was mixed with so many emotions. After morning she cried at her mother's side, when suddenly her mother was holding my hand and crying with her. It took a moment for Rose to realize that her mother was actually with her and was her mother was so confused. Where is your farther he went to the store before I came home and hasn't come back? We were told you were you know, gone. "What I went to the..." Rose said. "Where did you go", her mother asked? "Ttthheee wwhhiittcchh", Rose replied scared! "The Witch", her mother said. "Yes but I'm fine I bargained with her", Rose said. Her mother looked at her with a worried look but decided to let it go. So did your farther leave a note, Mother asked?

An hour or so past they went for a walk around town and visited the doctor elf. As she walked up to him he was shocked. "What happened I thought you were dead and that your daughter was gone as well," the doctor said. "Ummmm I was told that your husband went to the fairies for help but he was captured," the doctor said. "I'll go and find dad," Rose replied. "You're staying here," Mother replied. But I'm a fairy," Rose replied! Everyone in the room then was in shock as there was no one that was a fairy and an elf. "I'm going and that's it," as Rose scorched off to find her farther.
