The Perfect Place

I'm one of those girls who is lost in life. I never know when to live life and take a chance. I'm scared to leave my friends that don't even treat me well enough to acknowlege me and wave or smile in my direction in the halls of our high school.

Yet, it's drawing near to the end of our senior year and I still don't know where I'm going or what I'm doing in college. Of course I applied for many schools and several turned me down. Although, I did get the one that I would like to go to if I had the damn money. It's in London and it is drop dead gorgeous!

Luckily I have been saving money for college since I was eight, knowing that my carefree mother wouldn't bother helping me get to a college or even get an education. I don't want to end up like her, with a teen pregnancy and with a boyfriend that left her as soon as he found out. She was left with no money, family or help. After I had gotten to about six years old, my mother had found that drugs, alcohol, and sex were the only things important to her life anymore, leaving me most times on my own.

I learned to do things without help and fend for myself.

Around sixteen, I moved out of the house. But I bought a condo close enough to check on my mother every now and then. I got a job and went to my last three years of high school. There I met my only true best friend Erica. She was sweet, funny and everything I wanted to be. I coudn't have asked for a better friend. We both are in loveeee with dance and go to the same dance studio. That's was one of the many things we have in common.

As I look in the mirror again for the hundreth time, I realize... Life was finally how I wanted it. Or so I thought before One Direction gave me a job of a lifetime!
