Inside that room was my Father, lying in a hospital bed surrounded by people. He looked horrible, his left leg was completely missing, his right arm was covered in blood, and he had what looked to be a knife like sharp object in his cheek.
I realised I had been staring too long, but it was too late. One of the nurses there had noticed me "What are you doing there?!" She yelled. Soon all the heads in the room had turned to me. I knew it was time to go now. I ran out of the room with 6-8 nurses and doctors following me, I didn't care how much noise I made. I ran through the first door and slammed it in their faces. Hoping that would save some time I sprinted down to the next door, the doctors and nurses feet were loud on the hospital tiles. I could tell I was waking up patients as I went. I pushed through the last door and practically leaped into my bed.
The nurses and doctors went from bed to bed, I stayed deadly still and silent as I was pretending to sleep. I'm quite good at pretending to sleep, I have to do it a lot since I usually stay up late. But this time I obviously had one eye open, as about 7 of the 8 nurses left to do other things, one lingered at the edge of the bed for a while.
All the other nurses were long gone before the nurse, who was now standing over me, pulled off my covers and gestured for me to stand up.
I recognised the nurse almost immediately. My mother. I knew what I was in for.Quick A/N ~~
