It was a normal chilly morning, I was traveling to a new city for a job interview, I was looking on a website for a cheap motel for two nights. I found one last minute. Only 30 dollars a night, pretty cheap in a place like California. the area was pretty bland and boring, a bit creepy at that. I got to the motel and scanned the area, the bricks on the outside of the building were falling apart and the all the paint on the outside was peeling off. I was already thinking of excuses to make if the room was like the building. I walked to the door, and knocked on it. Almost instantly the door swung open and a young woman was standing in the door way. She greeted me and let me in, the apartment was gorgeous. The woman was telling me the basics but rushing, she seemed to be in a rush but before I could ask any questions she rushed out of the apartment. I unpacked my things and started rehearsing what I was going to say for my job interview. By the time I had finished it was about 11:34am. I lay on the bed, the mattress wasn't very comfortable but I was too tired to care. I fell asleep pretty quickly but woke up to some tapping on the desk across the room from my bed, I tiredly looked up. Staring at what looked like a man. But it wasn't a man, I could see the outline of ITS bones. I was frozen in fear, I tried to scream but it came out as a choked shout. It looked over and me and brought it's finger to its lips and whispered "Shh, Shh, don't tell. Don't tell." It crawled out the window on all fours. I couldn't remember falling back asleep but I woke up in the morning. I shook it off as a dream and went to my interview. I got back about 1:56am, I walked to my room, and turned my light on, I changed and jumped into bed. I decided to leave the light on tonight, a bit traumatised by the "dream". I fell asleep and again woke up at 3:14am I saw over by the window the creature was climbing inside the window, it walked to my desk again, stroking the mirror. This time I could scream, it looked at me and again brought its finger to its lips. "Shh, shh. Don't tell, don't tell." It fastly ran on all fours out the window. I burst into tears and called my roommate, I told her about what just happened. Everything. she didn't seem to believe me. She told me to come home tomorrow and that I probably just imagined it. I went to my room and packed all my stuff, I couldn't fall asleep. Not at all after that. It became light and I had tried to call my roommate 5 other times. I went to walk out the motel when I bumped into the woman who owned the motel, I thanked her for letting me o stay and made my way out. She asked me why I was in such a rush and I told I wanted to go home and that my roommate wasn't answering her phone. The women looked at me with a face full of pure terror. She questioned me. "You didn't tell.. did you?"
