Building a Family

After the carnival Scott and Isaac carried the two children to the castle. The two young Betas starred up into the castle in wonder.

"Big!" Melanie exclaimed. Scott laughed and tickled her.

"That's right." He praised as she giggled. The Pack gathered to meet the two youngest Pack Members. Everyone, even the servants, fell in love with the children quickly. Isaac found them a room of their own and put what little stuff they had in it.

"Isaac?" Erica asked as she passed.

"Yes?" He replied.

"Are you doing this for Scott?"

"A little, but this is also the right thing to do. They remind me of me- of Scott. No one deserves to be abandoned."

"You are the most generous king in all the land." Erica said with a smile before disappearing. Scott and Isaac gave the two children baths and Scott combed out their hair. Isaac watched contently.

'He'll make a great father some day.' He thought.

"Izzie can they sleep with us?" Scott asked once the two children were cleaned up and ready for bed. "Please!" Isaac looked from Scott's puppy dog eyes to the children's pouting faces. He sighed dramatically.

"Get in here." He said finally. All three smiled and jumped into bed.

"You are going to love it here." Scott whispered to the children before falling asleep.

Peter trains the children along with Scott- who's nearing the end of his training. The children took immediately to Peter.

"How is training?" Isaac asked as he and Scott walked with the two new editions to their Pack.

"Peter allows them to win." Scott whined.

"Does not!" The Twins argued.

"Does to! You are just saying that because he makes Kurt cook you cookies afterwards!" Scott accused. Isaac laughed as the three stuck their tongues out at each other and giggled. Isaac felt, strangly, like he had a family of his own.
