I threw my bag onto the double bed the second I entered the room so everyone knew it was mine.
Footsteps quickly approached behind me, followed by a loud southern moan as Deluxe appeared in the doorway, obviously annoyed I'd reached the bed first.
"Goddamn it Shadow" He moaned between breaths, clearly he'd been running around Jahova's house searching for the two only spare bedrooms before they were taken.
"Sorry man, guess you'll have to take the couch" I wasn't actually sorry. There was no way I was being made to sleep on the couch or floor with any of the guys.
No offence to them, I love them as friends, but to hell if I'm sharing a bed with any of them.
"G18 already took the couch and Speedy has the other bedroom" Deluxe sighed, leaning against the doorframe, dropping his bag on the floor beside him.
"What about Joel?"
"He's sharing with Speedy, they said they didn't mind sharing the bed" Deluxe shrugged.
"Wow, I wouldn't have thought they'd share a bed" I mumbled, surprised at my friends relationships.
I guess they're all closer with each other than I am with any of them.
Just because I won't share a bed with any of them doesn't mean I don't care about them though.
"Yeah man, no homo or nothin' but they said they're fine with it" Deluxe giggled, picking up his bag from the floor.
"Fair enough I guess, now get the fuck out of my room. Just because Speedy's sharing his bed doesn't mean I will. Go bunk with D20 or something" I waved my hand in a dismissive fashion in Deluxe's direction, hearing him sigh as he walked away, closing the door behind him.
I opened my bag on the bed, taking out the things I'd need tonight like my phone charger and spare clothes and placed them on the dresser next to the bed, dropping my bag on the floor beside it.
"Shadow!" A muffled shout came from downstairs.
"Food!" Another voice chimed in.
I sighed, guessing I had to make an appearance in this ordeal, regardless of my hunger level.
I made my way down the corridor and stairs, reaching the living room to find everyone sitting comfortably eating pizza.
Obviously there were no spare seats for me, so I grabbed a plate from the kitchen and curled up beside the couch where Speedy, Joel and Jahova were sat.
"You okay down there man?" Speedy asked between Deluxe's roaring laughter directed at the television.
"Sure, I'm used to being forgotten about" I mumbled, poking at my pizza.
"We didn't forget about you, maybe if you'd stayed downstairs and socialised you might have a seat" Speedy informed me, like I didn't know.
Id rather have to sit on the floor and enjoy my alone time in my room than sit with seven loud guys in a small living room for an entire night, but I had a feeling that wouldn't suffice.
I glanced around at everyone, curious if anyone else was feeling as uncomfortable as I was.
G18 wasn't talking much, sat in the corner next to Sidearms, but I could hear a small giggle in his direction every few minutes, so I assumed he wasn't feeling the same.
Sidearms.
That's another reason I was dreading this weekend.
The one person in the whole world I could not stand. I couldn't even be alone with him in a skype call, let alone in person.
