Chapter 12

~~~5 minutes later~~~
Henry's POV

I woke up to someone shaking me and screaming and since that scared me I ended up screaming. I looked around and saw Maya still asleep

"Schwaz what was that for and why is Maya still asleep" I asked

"For you can wake up duh" Schwaz said " and I still haven't woken her up. I woke you first then I was gonna wake her up" he answered

"Ok" I said

Schwaz went next to Maya and started shaking and screaming at her then she ended up screaming

"What was that for" Maya asked Schwaz

"I needed to wake you up" Schwaz answered back

"And you had to do that" Maya asked raising an eyebrow

"No i just wanted to do that" Schwaz answered

"Oh well in that case" Maya said. She got off of where she was laying down and started running up to Schwaz to attack him,but before she could do anything to him, I got off of were I was laying down, ran up to her,and got her before she could do anything to Schwaz

"Ok Maya calm down breathe in and breathe out" I told her and she started to breathe in and out

"Ok what powers do they have" Charlotte asked like nothing happened at all

"Henry has telekinesis, freeze and heat breathe, laser eyes, and hyper motility" Schwaz said " and Maya has telekinesis, freeze and heat breathe, teleportation, and super speed" Schwaz finished

"Cool" Maya and I said in unison

"So how does this work?" I asked

"Henry go to the elevator and look closely at the elevator button" Schwaz said

"Ok" I said. I went over to the elevator and looked at the button

"What are you gonna do?" I heard Charlotte say

"This" Schwaz said

"K I'm looking at the elevator button but I'm not sure why" I said

"Henry!" I heard Schwaz yell my name so I turned around, and saw Schwaz holding a remote and some rockets in front of him. He pressed a button that the controller had, sending a rocket straight at me, but I ducked quickly before it hit me and looked at where it went

"Wow" Maya and Charlotte said

"See how fast Henry moves" Schwaz said

"Schwaz why did you just..." I said but got cut off by Schwaz pressing the button again sending all the rockets towards me but I dodged all of them before it hit me. There was one more rocket and it was going straight to my face, but I caught before it could've hit me

"Wow" I said surprised/shocked I just did that

"Yay!" Charlotte said and clapping her hands

"H-how did I..." i got cut off by Charlotte saying " it's your new power"

"You have super fast reflexes" Schwaz said

"Wow this is amazing" I said

"Yeah that is what about me" Maya asked

"Maya stand there" Schwaz said pointing to where she is supposed to stand "and only think about the other side of the room"

"Ok" Maya said she stand still and started thinking about the other side of the room. All of a sudden she disappeared, but then appeared on the other side of the room "Woah! How did I do that?" Maya asked

"Well you were only thinking about the other side of the room, so you ended up there. You teleported" Schwaz said

"So she has to think about a place and she'll teleport there?" Ray asked Schwaz

"Yes"

"Can she teleport with other people with her or just her" I asked

"I don't know let's try with you just hold her hand" Schwaz said

"Ok" I said. I went over to Maya and hold her hand Maya started to think, and we both ended up on the other side of the room with Maya

"Cool she could teleport with other people" I said

"Yeah" Maya said

"Ok what's next?" I asked

"Next we're gonna practice on you telekinesis and freeze and heat breathe" Schwaz said

"Ok" Maya and I said in unison

"To do Telekinesis you must be relaxed." Schwaz said

"Ok" Maya and I said

"Maya,Henry focus on these apples" Schwaz said putting two apples on top of a table "now be relaxed and think of nothing and try to move the apples"

"Ok" Maya and I said in unison

We both did what Schwaz said and we both ended up moving the apples and the rest of the afternoon we worked on our new powers.
