It looks like Justin Bieber's latest romantic pursuit is Isabelle Oliver (22), the young starlet is a New Zealand based model but sources reveal she's working on becoming a singer/songwriter also. The star was born and bred in New Zealand but had recently been signed with Martin Garrix's label STMPD records.
Sources revealed that Justin reached out to Isabelle on Instagram after stumbling upon her page, the pair had hit it off over chats and when she came to the US they have been inseparable. Is a new romance brewing on the horizon or is it just one of Bieber's many one-time flings?
