Justin Bieber and Isabelle Oliver have been spotted again hanging out in Auckland, New Zealand. The pair biked around town before heading out to grab a drink. Onlookers said the pair were laughing and cuddling as they walked side by side.

Does this mean the Biebs' is off the market? Sources say the pair have been exclusively seeing each other for a few weeks now. By the looks of it, things between the pair are heating up, they've been inseparable for the last few weeks.
Isabelle is currently signed to Martin Garrix's label and is in the process of completing her first album with the help of the young producer. Garrix revealed that working with the Oliver has been refreshing "as she is so new to the industry and is still finding her feet".
