Today was another boring day. I got up at exactly 7:00 am, got dressed, and drove to work. I went to my regular station, and saw Jackie Lynn Thomas. I blush immediately. She's so cute. "Hey Marco!" and she waved and smiled. We walked together, and we had a conversation! It was great! I, of course, was dying inside from all this. We got to the dock, and we waited and talked. All of a sudden, I heard a cry for help. Jackie and I looked at each other, and we looked for the voice. Suddenly, I saw a blond girl who was struggling to swim. Jackie was still looking, so I dove in. I started swimming, faster and faster, and I grabbed her waist. I pulled her up to shore, and I put her on the sand. I mouth to mouthed her. She looked at me, and held onto me. "A-Are you ok?" She looks at me, and blushed. "Wh-Who are you? A-And where am I?" Crap. "I'm Marco Diaz, and you're in Echo Creek. What's your name?" and she had a thinking face. "E-Evelyn Rhodes..." I asked her,"Um..H-How did you end up here?" and she thought again. "I...I don't know. " I looked at Jackie, and I told her to call the ambulance. She nodded and left. I looked back at Star, and carried her bridal style to the street. The ambulance showed up, and took her away. I was about to go in, but then I remembered my shift. I knew that if I asked someone would cover me, Sivy would get mad, and she would choose Blake Hemming to cover me, and he'd flirt with Jackie...BUT ALSO FOR OTHER REASONS! I'm not being selfish! I waved goodbye and left with Jackie. We "assured" everyone that she was okay, and continued to work. Although being with Jackie was awesome, I kept worrying about Evelyn. Maybe I should've went. I asked if my shift could end early, and I went to the hospital. I checked on her. "Hey Evelyn!"
