*Her POV*
I placed the doll down, standing up quietly, the hum of the lullaby my mother used to sing to me, rumbled through my throat soothingly.
I picked the plate up off the ground, placing it back on the table.
There was something about this girl. I enjoyed her. I wasn't sure why, but when I went to kill her, I hadn't had the guts.
She was way older than most of the girls I kept. Maybe in her twenties, even possibly, thirties.
I stared over the girl, her eyes were closed, and she was breathing steadily, asleep.
I continued to hum the lullaby as I took my axe up off the floor and began to make my way out of my home. I stopped when I was outside, entering the house again. I pulled a wolf skin off my bed, draping it over her.
Fully satisfied with my kindness, I left home, in search for an interesting hunt.

Once out in the deep woods, I found myself immediately stalking a family. A mother, father, and a son. The perfect prey for me.
I was still humming as I stalked the family, who was aware of my presence, but not completely.
I pulled a hatchet from my side, bringing my arm up, launching it towards them.
The hatchet buried itself into the little boy, who fell forward at impact.
The parents screamed, beginning to rush away.

"A chase!" I laughed, breaking from my lullaby.

I headed after the father first, my feet pounding against the foliage. I pulled my axe over my head, and once the father was in range, I brought it down hard, hitting the top of his skull, killing him easily.
I let out a fit of maniacal laughter, turning my head in a frenzy. I could hear the mother crying softly. I felt a small pang in my heart, but not enough to stop me.
I hummed the lullaby again, watching the area where she hid.
I moved slowly towards her, the only noise I made was the lullaby. But as soon as I got close enough I ran towards her, my hand striking against her neck. I could see the fear in her eyes, which only made me smile deviously. Her eyes were wet with tears.
I brought her up, slamming her head against the tree hard, which caused her to scream in agony.
I continued onto I couldn't feel her breath anymore.
I let her body fall from my hand to the ground.
I stared at it for  moment, wondering where I wanted to put this one, now that I had the girl in my home.
I really didn't want her to see all these dead people, or she might die.
I picked up the mother's body, draping her over my shoulder, then I grabbed the fathers, and the sons. I brought them deeper into the woods, still singing my mother's lullaby. I found a clearing, dumping the bodies in the middle. I pulled my hatchet out of the son, placing it back at my side.
I made my way back to the cabin quickly.
When I opened the door I was greeted by the girl, awake.
She stared at me, her eyes narrowed, holding the wolf skin.
I let out a soft laugh, which caused her to blush, looking away.
I had never had this effect on people. I had the effect to make them scream, cry, and run away.
I turned, taking a key off the table, then I crouched in front of her.
She seemed to pull back a bit, but she held her hand out for me.

"What is your name?" I whispered to her.

She didn't reply at first, but instead looked at my hatchet, then to my face, then my hands. They were covered completely in the crimson liquid of the family I just murdered.
I then repeated myself.
She looked up towards my face.

"It's {Y/n}." She mumbled.

I gave her a faint smile, standing up, and stepping back. She also stood, the wolf skin sliding off her. She began to stretch, her eyes wandering around the room as she did. I placed my axe besides my fireplace again, then put the hatchets besides it. I grabbed my doll that was near the fire, sitting onto my bed, playing with her gently. Memories from before my mother's death flooding through my mind. Those were more calming, less lonely times. Now, I live alone, killing people for fun because my mother left the world too early, the survival skills she taught me were not enough to save all my sanity.

"Where did you get that?" A voice asks, snapping me from my thoughts.

{Y/n} stood next to the bed, my wolf skin over her.
I didn't answer, instead, I placed the doll down, getting out of the bed.
I began to feel stressed by the question,, fueling my unquenchable hunger to hunt. I took my axe from the side of the fireplace.
{Y/n} made a noise, probably out of fear. I turned to her, reaching for the door handle.

"Do not worry, I will be back." I said with a small, brief smile.

I didn't see her reaction, leaving too hastily, hunger for another hunt gnawing inside me. The feeling too soon to be brought back up.
