The Snow Storm

It's 8 A.M in the morning and Grayson is suddenly woken up by some movement coming from his bed. "Dude, wake up." Ethan said breathless. " I am up." Grayson said. Ethan sat on the edge of the bed while Grayson was in the bathroom. " Bro you talked in your sleep all night long. I couldn't get an ounce of shut eye." Ethan said. Grayson looked into the mirror, what is he talking about I don't talk in my sleep or do I? " What did I say?" Grayson said worried and confused. "Bro, you kept talking about that girl you bumped into in the hallway. How she smelled like honey and vanilla, how her voice sounded soft, how her eyes held a mystery and all that other stuff. Grayson I think you have it bad for this one." Ethan said with a smirk on his face. Grayson turns red in the face and says, " Dude, whatever." Then he hops into the shower to start his day.

Autumn had just arrived to the cottage and she turned on the news in the lobby. " Today the forecast is showing a massive amount of snow headed towards Pineville, Kentucky. A steady amount of snow will be falling starting at 10 A.M and will be continuing for the next couple of days. We have advise everyone to stay in due to the amount of snow we are about to receive. Please stay tuned for more winter weather storm updates." said the local weatherman. Autumn looked concerned and called her aunt Gabby. "Gabby its Autumn did you see the weather report on TV? What should I do about the guest?" Autumn said in a shaky voice. " Advice our guest that due to the weather all guest are to remain in the cottage until further notice. Also the kitchen should be full stocked for the guest. Autumn I will be there just as soon as I can. At this moment the city is in a state of emergency." Gabby stated. Autumn got off the phone with Gabby and looked at the guest list and thought to herself, we only have 6 guest in the cottage not to many. Autumn looked up to see that the Dolan twins had made their way down to the lobby.

The boys came down stairs to leave to get some food. When Ethan notice the weather report on the TV. Grayson looked at Ethan and said, " Man its going to get bad." "They don't want people on the road while the storm is going on. What are we going to do about food." Ethan said. Just then a very faint and soft voice spoke from behind them. Grayson turned around and there she was the girl from the hallway. " Hi boys, my name is Autumn and I have been advised by the owner/manager that all guest are to remain in the cottage until further notice. Also the kitchen will be open 24/7 if you need to get anything to eat." Grayson looked at Autumn and kept stumbling over his words so Ethan said "Thank you." Autumn looked at the boys and said, " If you need anything I am a phone call away." Autumn walked back to the desk.

Just then the snow started to come down in sheets and it didn't look like it was going to slow down any time soon. The boys and the other guest went into the kitchen to make some food. " Go talk to her." Ethan told Grayson. " Man you saw me earlier I can't even speak to her." Grayson said. Just then another guest came up to Grayson and said " Sorry to over hear your conversation but your brother is right you need to go and talk to her. I have been coming here for about three years and Autumn is an amazing young lady. Poor girl has been threw a lot the past few years. By the way my name is D.K Simmons." the man pulls out his hand to shake Grayson's hand. " I am Grayson." said Grayson as he shook the mans hand. Autumn came into the kitchen to let the other guest know about the cottage being under lock down.

Autumn started to turn to leave then she heard a familiar voice call her name. "Autumn" said D.K Simmons. She turned back around, " Hey Mr. Simmons how are you this afternoon?" " I am good. Come here and let me introduce you to a friend of mine. Grayson this is Autumn, Autumn this is Grayson." said Mr. Simmons. " We already met last night, I kind of bumped into him in the hallway." said Autumn.

Grayson looked at Autumn and he could feel his heart beat faster and thought it skipped a few times. Autumn sat down next to Grayson and Mr. Simmons and she started to ask Grayson some questions. " What brings you here to this small southern town?" question Autumn. " We were on our way to New Jersey to go home for the holidays but the plane was headed into the storm so we landed and Tyler gave us a ride here." Grayson said. " Grayson and Autumn talked for a few hours about everything.

Autumn was trying not to sound like such a fan girl when Grayson was talking to her. She tried not to let her face get all red but she couldn't control how fast her heart was beating. "Wow he is so much nicer than I thought he would be also hes way way much hotter in person then he is on his videos." Autumn said to herself. Ethan could see that they were hitting it off so he left them alone. " Man I am going upstairs to edit some of our vids. You can stay down here and chill." said Ethan. " Are you sure man." Grayson said. "Yeah bro just chill. I will see you later." Ethan got up and left. All of the other guest had already for the day.

The snow was still coming down pretty hard about 4P.M. Still no Gabby but Autumn didn't mind because her and Grayson had been talking all day long. They had taken their conversation to the couch in the lobby next to the fireplace. Around 10p.m Gabby finally made it to the cottage. Everything outside had started to slow down and she was able to get to the cottage even in this weather. Gabby unlock the front door and walked into the lobby where she saw Autumn and Grayson curled up on the couch next to the fireplace. They looked so peaceful that she left them alone. Gabby phoned Grayson's room to let Ethan know that his brother was down stairs in the lobby passed out and she was going to leave him there. Ethan understood.
