I Love You

Greyson was about asleep when he heard knocking at his door. "Ethan mad you have a key." Greyson said as he opened the door in just his boxer. His eyes grew big as he saw who was standing outside his door. "Autumn" Greyson said loudly and shocked, grabbing a blanket to cover himself up with. "Is everything okay?" Greyson asked. "Yeah everything is fine. Can we go somewhere to talk?" Autumn asked. "Sure let me get dressed." Greyson said. He shuts the door and quickly runs to find some cloths to put on. "I need to tell her everything." He says to himself.

Autumn and Greyson go outside and walk over to a gazbo looking over the pond next to the cottage. Greyson looks at Autumn and his heart beats faster. "Greyson why did you leave the party?" Autumn asked. "I had to leave. I couldnt handle it anymore." Greyson said. "Handle what?" Autumn said walking over to Greyson. "I couldnt handle seeing you and Luke together." Greyson said looking at the pond.

Autumn knew it was her shot to tell him how she felt. "Greyson" Greyson turned and faced her. " I told Luke that I am not into him. I love someone else. Someone who gives me butterflies everytime he looks at me." Autumn said. Greyson could feel his heart breaking its not me he thought. Greyson started to walk away. "Greyson, its you I love you!"Autumn yelled.

Greyson turned around "What did you say Autumn?" Greyson asked shocked. "I love you Greyson." Autumn said it again with a smile. Greyson walked over to Autumn and picked her up and spinned her around. Autmn noticed tears in his eyes. "Greyson I have loved you from the first day we met. You are all I have ever thought of." Autumn said witha shaky voice. Greyson looked at Autumn and noticed that she was about to cry. Grabbed her hands and pulled her in closer. Then took his hand and wiped a single tear from her face " Autumn I have been in love with you since our eyes met. I cant get you out of my mind and I will never forget my first love." Greyson said with tears rolling down. "There is something else, Ethan and I are leaving tomorrow night." Autumn lets go of him and steps back. "Your leaving." Autumn said with tears falling from her eyes. "Is it because of Luke?" Autumn asked. "No, our mom bought us tickets. Autumn I hate that I have to leave you knowing that you love me. But its the holidays and we have meetings in a couple of days about our new tour." Greyson said as he reached for Autumns hand. Autimn pulled away " Then I guess this is goodbye. I hope you have a good trip home and good luck on the tour." Autumn said trying to fight the tears. She looks at Greyson one last time and then runs to her Jeep. Greyson watches her run away from him and he falls to his knees and crys out loud.

Ethan noticed Autumn running and goes to gind out what happened. "Greyson" he runs to him. "What happened man?" Etham askes confused. "She loves me and I broke her heart. I told her that I lovef her and that we were leaving tomorrow for New Jersey and she ran." Greyson said crying. "Its goimg to be ok man, I promise." Ethan said while holding Greyson.

Autumn makes it to her house and runs upstairs. She grabs a picture of her and Greyson and starts to cry. "Why did I have to fall for you?" "Why did you fall for me" Autumn said to the picture. Autumn lays down facing the window and clinges to the picture of her and Greyson. With tears rolling down her face she falls asleep.

Back at the cottage Greyson sits by the window and remembers all the moments he shared with Autumn. He pulls out his phone and looks at her picture from the party and then back out the window. "I wish I didnt break her heart." He said to himself. He goes and lays down. Ethan is alreasy asleep and their bags are already packed for tomorrow night. Looking at Autumn's picture "I hope I get to see you tomorrow." Greyson said out loud. Greyson rolls over to get some sleep.
