The girls spent the night at my house, we talked about the boys and fell asleep quickly. Before I knew it volleyball season started. I made jv and quickly worked my way up to varsity. I was playing outside hitter all around. We one the state championships for the second year in a row. I also made the second national volleyball team for club. The season started and we went undefeated. The first four tournaments we played we got first in the gold bracket and in the open division, which was the hardest division.
For our fifth tournament we went to Colorado.
"Hannah, I have to let you know that your dad and I can't make it to your Colorado tournament, because your sister has an out of region tournament." my mon said.
"Mom that's fine, Elizabeth, Vanessa, and I will stay together."
"Thier moms aren't going either."
"Ryan is coming too, together we are forty five."
"But you can't drive."
"Mom, Ryan can."
"Really?"
"Yes ma'am."
"Okay, your plane leaves in five hours."
"Mom I am ready. Ryan is comin to pick us up in thirty minutes."
"Why so early?"
"We are going to the mall for a bit."
"Okay, here is a pre paid debit card. It has about three hundred dollars on it."
"okay thanks," she handed me the card.
"I cant believe my oldest is about to be sixteen." at the right time my phone rang. "who is that?"
"One of my friends."
"Which friend?"
"Liam."
"have I ever met him?"
"No."
"I am going to have to meet him soon."
"Okay." I went up to my room.
"Hey beautiful."
"Hey, how's it going?"
"It's going fine. What are you doing?"
"I am getting ready to go to Colorado."
"Really! We are in Colorado, too."
"How long are y'all going to stay?"
"Four or five days."
"Ryan, Elizabeth, Vanessa, and I will be there for, four days."
"Why are you four coming?"
"Volleyball, we have a tournament."
"When?"
"Tomorrow."
"When do you four get there?"
"We will be there in a couple of hours."
"We are there, we have a concert tonight, and then we are free for the rest of the three days."
"Y'all should watch us come play."
"Hey what postion do you and the girls play?"
"I am an otside hitter, Elizabeth play rightside, Ryan is the Libero, and Vanessa is one of our setters."
"I am going to pretend like i know what that means."
