The four years of college went by fast. Texas Tech won three NCAA championships. Jonathan was a very smart little boy, he is six now and is soon to be starting first grade. A couple of months ago my boyfriend, Derek, purposed to me. Of course I said yes. Also USA asked me to come play for them, another yes.
"Honey I am home," he shouted very gleefully.
"In the washroom." I folded the last shirt and put it in the basket.
"SInce we leave for Spain in two weeks, i decided that we should leave earlier and go to London, England. Maybe visit some of your friends?" I gulped.
"I would-"
"Awesome, we leave in two days, plus your parents wanted us to come and see them."
"Okay, i will pack for Johnathan." He kissed me on the cheek and headed for the room.
After packing and making dinner, i was wore out. We packed for the next month and a half. The Olympics being a month.
"Mommy, why are we leaving for so long?" Johnathan asked coming to sit next to me.
"Because we are going to have some fun and mom has to work."
"Okay, cna we watch Toy Story?"
"Of course, baby," just like his dad.
The next morning we woke up a little earlier and left for my parents house. During the seven hour drive Johnathan slept.
When we got to Mckinney, my parents were happy to see Johnathan and I. THey liked Derek, but didnt care for him as much as they did Liam.
We had a good time with my family and then caught a plane to England... this will be intersting.
*After the plane ride*
"Its really nice here!" Derek said.
"Yeah," I said quietly. We got out of the airport and drove to the hotel.
"Hey, Hannah. i was thinking about taking a nap. You could maybe go shopping or soemthing?"
"Okay, Johnathan do you want to stay with Mommy or daddy?" i asked as we set out stuff down at the hotel.
"Mommy!!"
"Oaky, i we will see you in a little while." i grabbed my purse and we left for shops.
After shopping a while, Johnathan went to go look at a toy... which was a mistake.
"Johnathan??? Where are you!?" i looked up and down the asiles.
"I am right here mommy!" Johanthan said coming form behind me.
"You scared me..." i looked behind him and saw Liam.
"He helped me get Buzzlightyear!!"
"Hannah?" Liam said.
"Who is that mommy?"
"His name is Liam, you can say hi."
"Hi, Mr. Liam! THanks for helping me."
"No problem. Hannah is that really you?"
"Yeah, it is."
"How have you been?"
"Good, how are you and Danielle?"
"Uh- we arent together any more, could i have your number?"
"I am sorry to here about that," i said avioding the question.
"We broke up a while ago, so no worries."
"Mommy, can we go back to the hotel i'm areally tired."
"Sure baby."
"When can i see you again?"
"Liam i am engagend."
"What about as friends?"
"Sure i guess."
"Twenty minutes at the Starbucks?"
"Yeah," I siad geading to the cashier.
I paid for the toy and headed back to the hotel to drop Johnahtan off.
I left a note to Derek letting him know that he had Johanthan.
I walked to the Starbucks and saw Liam waiting for me.
**Hour later.**
"Liam i have to go," i siad standing up.
"It was nice to see you again."
"Nice to see you too," we hugged each other and then he kissed me...
"I'm sorry Hannah, i didnt mean to." he siad and gave me some distance.
"I have to go..." i whispered. i grabbed my purse and sprinted out of the building and ran into Derek...
"Hannah are you cheating on me?"
"No i swear it meant nothing." he grabbed me by the arm and dragged me back to the hotel.
*The next morning*
I woke up and my body was sore. Then everything flodded back, Derek thought I was cheating.
I got out of the bed and grabbed my clothes. I took a quick shower and threw my hair in a messy bun. I quickly gathered all of Johnathan and I's belongings and left a quick note.
Dear Derek,
Maybe me coming here was a good thing, I dont want you to ever contact me again, dont worry about the wedding. WE are over, I am glad I got to see the real you.
