Yasmin's POV

I woke up on the window sill of my bedroom with the book I had been reading on the floor and two figures stood at my door. I rubbed my eyes to realize these two figures were in fact my brothers, Jared and Jensen.

"You alright?" Jared asked me with his arms wide, I stood up and ran into his arms holding him tightly. I quickly hugged Jensen then looked in my mirror to see my face was tear stained and my eyes were still red and puffy. I wiped them again and nodded my head, Jensen placed his arm on my back and rubbed softly.

"Tea is ready by the way then we are taking you out, we'll have a family night, yeah?" I smiled and hugged him once again following them both into the dining room. I took a seat and looked down to see a nice chicken dinner placed upon my plate, yum. I grabbed my fork and started munching on my food slowly.

"Yasmin, what's that on your neck?" I looked up to see both my brothers frowning at me, I looked in the mirror behind me to see that I had a bruise placed where I had hit my neck earlier today. I sighed and looked back at my concerned brothers.

"I fell today and hit it on a door handle!" Half of it was true, its just I didn't fall, someone tripped me up and by someone I mean, Jodie. I continued eating making sure I made no eye contact with my brothers what so ever.

"Right, I'll go and get ready then we can go" I said whilst smiling and standing up on my chair, walking slowly to my bedroom. I shut the door as soon as I got in there and walked over to my wardrobe, pushing a button to open up my wardrobe. I walked inside and went straight to the dress section, I really to buy some new ones. I picked out my dress which once belonged to my mum, she wore it on her first ever party she went to and that's where is met my dad. I smiled and slipped out my school uniform and into the dress, I looked at my appearance in the mirror and smiled before going to the shoe section and picking out a pair of badge heels, I grabbed a little bag and walked out before putting my phone and purse in their. I sat at my makeup desk and straightened my hair before putting a little bit of lip gloss and mascara on then spraying some perfume. I walked out my room and into the living room to see my brothers sat on the couch, obviously waiting for me. I coughed slightly and they both looked up smiling, Jensen stood up followed by Jared both of their faces still plastered with a grin.

"Wow, you look beautiful!" Jared complimented, giving me a hug. I smiled and was then kissed on the cheek by Jensen.

"Our little sister is growing up, soon she'll be bringing boys home!" I chuckled a little bit and walked down the hallway with them.

"She brings a boy anywhere near this house and I will kill her and him" Jared stated, furrowing his eyebrows slightly.

"But what if that boy is gay and my friend?" I questioned, obviously I had no friends but I was just wondering what they'd do.

"That would be fine because then we would know that he wouldn't lay a hand on you!" I giggled a little and walked out the door and to the car that was waiting for us outside, Jared opened the door for me and I climbed in, thanking him whilst I did.

It didn't take us long to reach our destination and I realized where we were, tears started to blur my vision but I wiped them away and got out along with my brothers. My family were all stood outside, my five aunties, three uncles, both my great- grandmas and both of my great granddads, my mum's mum and dad plus my dad's mum and dad and god knows how many cousins, some with their own children as well. I made sure I hugged every single one of them before running to the grave stones that belonged to my mum and dad. Every once a month, the family gather together at the graveyard my parents are buried at and we go inside the church and just have a catch up, its nice cause its like my parents are there with us in a way and we always have live acts go on stage and sing, its a great way for us all to bond again. I looked carefully at the picture of my mum and smiled, god she was beautiful. Green eyes and brown wavy hair, her skin was a nice tanned colour and she had pearly white teeth that would glow every time she smiled, she never aged even as she got older and I miss her so much. My dad wasn't bad looking either, toned muscles with bright blue eyes and brown hair that was always swept to the side, I miss him like mad and I wish both of them were here with me right now. I kissed the angel that lay on my mum's gravestone then did the same to my dads before wiping away my tears once again and walking over to the florist. I brought two red roses before walking back to the gravestones and placing them down, I mumbled a 'I love you' before walking over to my family and going into the building with them. Tables were at the back with food and drinks piled high on them, a stage was placed near the front with a keyboard, a bass, a guitar and a drum kit on it also their were five microphones placed on there as well. I shrugged my shoulders and looked to the left of the stage where there was a picture of my mum and dad on their wedding day, on the right of the stage was a little dj area and in the middle was a dance floor. Around the dance floor was little tables and chairs where you'd sit and chat or eat your food, they were decorated with white cloth and placed on each of them was a vase of red roses, my parents favourites. I sighed deeply and grabbed a drink of lemonade before sitting down on a chair nearer the stage, my family complimenting my dress one by one, some noticing that this once belonged to my mum. I thanked everyone who complimented it and gave them a quick smile or hug before returning back to being my shy self.
