Chapter 10

I wake up and see Jacky slightly snoring. How cute. I think my emotions towards Jacky have sky rocketed and everything is in a downward spiral. Ryan doesn't agree, all the others ship us, and everyone stands up for our happiness. Andy says it's a rebel love song.

I dig around in my bunk for my earbuds and phone. Once I find them I listen to Andy Black The Shadow Side. The first song that came up is Beautiful Pain. I started singing along and felt movement and I looked up to see Jacky smiling.

I pulled out one of my ear buds and heard Andy singing with me. Soon the entire bus joined in and we managed to sing the entire The Shadow Side album songs.

Now the guys were singing Baby Got Back and dancing and it was so funny. I don't think I have ever seen people so dedicated to making one person happy. It reminds me of the time Mrs. Rose sang I Like Big Butts she danced it was the best thing ever.

"I'm hungry." I practically yell over the guys singing. The only person not singing was Jacky he was doing the 'yeahs' and 'uh huhs'.

"Me too. Come on we'll go get some food." Jacky said taking my hand.

"Mama Jinxx we are going to get some food!!" I yelled at Jinxx all he did was nod his head and continued singing along to Baby Got Back. I didn't think Jinxx would be the person to sing stuff like this but then again you never know.

Before we got off of the bus, I changed the song to what makes you beautiful by one direction and I got a bunch of cheers and they all sang along to that as well. What the fuck is wrong with them.

"Where do you want to eat?" Jacky asked out of the blue.

"Honestly I said that because I wanted to explore but now that I actually think about it, I'm hungry. Let's eat something quick so you don't get mobbed by a group of girls." I say.

We ended up going to Firehouse Subs. It was so good.

We got back to the bus and all eyes were on us.

"Where the hell have you been?" Ryan asks. More like yells.

"Getting lunch with Jacky." I say a little weary. I can feel Jacky tense. Why though I have no idea.

"What did that 'lunch' consist of?" Ryan asks completely oblivious to the fact that all we did was get lunch.

"Getting Firehouse Subs sandwiches. Which by the way were delicious." I say on purpose. Trying to piss Ryan off.

"Oh ok. I was really worried though. Next time tell someone." Is all Ryan says before retreating to his bunk.

I walk back with him.

"Ryan are you ok? Me and Jacky really did just get some lunch. I'm on my period so it'd be really gross if we did what you think we did." I say trying to lighten the mood.

He didn't say anything he just bear hugged me. It's been so long since we've hugged like this. I missed it.

"Yeah I'm sorry for over reacting. I'm just trying to protect what I have left." That's when he broke down in tears.

"Ryan, it's ok. I'm okay. Jacky is protecting me. You are too. I don't like seeing you cry. It makes me want to cry." I say tearing up in the process.

"I don't want you to leave me though." Ryan says and it takes all I have not to break down.

"I will never leave you. I love you way too much. You're my brother. We have each other's backs. I'm not going anywhere." I say and a single tear runs down my face.

"Thank you for always being by my side." Ryan says and disappears into his bunk.

You hate me now. Oh well sad moment even I cried a little writing this. Brother sister love is the best.
