"Alright now, bye!" Nicole waved to us and we all waved back. Today was her 17th birthday so Jack told me to FaceTime her for him- considering he broke his phone yesterday.

"She's so cute, ya know." Daniel said.

"Hey back off kid, she likes me not you." Jack retorted. We laughed and he smiled and walked off. The day all five of us came together, we each told each other about our pasts. I told them about meeting Cheshire and there were some eyebrow wiggles and nudging but I know how upset she was when I left, but I'm sure she understood eventually. I hope. Anyways, when Jack told us about Nicole he sounded like he was in love. But something's been bothering him lately and we're not sure what it is but maybe talking to her today will make him happier. Corbyn told us about Oakley but he moved on from that. Two months ago he asked a girl to be his and I asked him about Oakley but he shrugged it off. He seems happy with this new girl so I can't judge or anything.

"Yo Jonah, come in here for a sec." I walked into the living room and there were two people holding mics. They announced that they were from a morning television show and they wanted to interview us. Our manager agreed to it and we cheered and thanked them for coming. They wanted us to preform a song from our album "Only The Beginning" as well so some practice was needed before May.

// Interview Day - May 6th \\

I was putting on my suit when I got a phone call: 'Cheshire 💙' the screen said. I immediately picked it up and answered.

"Hi." I was breathing heavy and my heart was pounding.

"Hey Jo. I was watching tv yesterday and saw that you and your boys would be on. I'm cheering you on and your music is great, so you guys will be great too." I could hear the smile in her voice and it made me smile.

"Thanks Chesh.. hey I have a question."

"Okay shoot, what is it?

I took a deep breath and responded " Do you hate me? The last time you called was two months ago. I've missed you so much. I kinda thought you forgot about me."

"What? Haha. I could never. I miss you too."

I was going to say something, but the stage crew called us to set. "Hey I have to go now.. I love you?"

"Haha why'd you question it? I love you too Jo." I smiled and hung up.

// After the Interview \\

We walked off stage and I thought about the interviewers last question. Of course I wasn't seeing anyone, but I made sure to mention Cheshire- not using her name though. I wouldn't want the public to frenzy. Then I saw Jack; I ran over to him and pulled his arm. "Hey dude what was that about? Why didn't you tell them about Nic?"

He looked down and sighed "Because I have to forget her! It's a year, dude. She's probably moved on. And besides, I'll never see her again so what's the point? She left me, remember?"

"Dude, how do you know that she's not into you? You know, before the interview Cheshire called me-."

"Wait? Chesh? She hasn't-."

"Yeah I know. The first time, in months." I ran my hand through my hair and touched his shoulder. "You messed up bro, you really did." I walked away and tried calling Nicole. No answer. I tried again a couple hours later: nothing. I knew Oakley was upset but that's that. She would have move on like Corbyn did. Despite their issues, I would wait for Cheshire, no matter how long or what it took. She's the one for me.

When we got home, I went up to my room, took off my suit, hung it and laid in bed. I decided to call Cheshire again and we had a 4 hour long talk. I felt really good after hearing from her and I've never slept any better than I have tonight.
