The bang got louder. Teyah looks at me and begins to speak, I quickly put my hand over her mouth.

"Shhhh" I say putting a finger to my mouth.

She looks at me confused while I slowly got out the bed and silently walked to the front door. Looking through the peep hole I spot three strange people dressed in black. I run tip toeing back to the room.

"Get up Teyah hurry put on your clothes." She complies and gets dressed. Grabbing her keys, we run out the back door. Thank god we parked out back cause If we didn't we would be fucked.

I feel Teyah eyes burning holes in my face. Focusing on the rode I speak.

"What?"

"Uhh where we going Shantea?"

I glare at her than focus back on driving increasing my speed to 85 as we approach the high way.

"Shantea slow down and tell me what the fuck is going on." She says semi yelling, I ignore her.

"SHANTEA"

"Te..you need to stay with me for a while." I look at her and she raises a brow. I continue "I think Kay back with her man's. Not only they are after me but the could be after you. I need to protect you so when I leaving town for a while."

"WHAT?? NO...Shantea I'm not leaving my home town for some bitch. If she gone kill me she might as well cause I'm no--"

"Shut up Teyah you are staying with me. I have a condo out in the hills. We will b safe, well sheltered,and we'll have food that'll last for a whole year with out expiration." I say cutting her off. She sits back and slide down in the seat and pouts. Awwnn.

"You're so cute when you pout." I say pinching her cheeks.

She snatched away and tries to hold back her smile but it's impossible.

"How much longer do we have till we get there Sha?"Teyah says

"Uhh at least two in a half hours...... why?"

"I'm hungry and tired."she replies.

I giggle and mumble."That explains a lot."

"Fuck You.." she says punching me in the arm. I raise a brow at her suck my teeth and look away..

"Already done that... Go to sleep I'll wake you wen were there." I say gripping the wheel tighter.

I finally pull up to my condo. Teyah still sleep but ion even try to wake her up although I said I would.

I park in the garage along with  my other cars. Getting out, I walk to the passenger side and pick Teyah up bridal style. I carry her inside I'm surprised she ain't wake up. I go and lay her in the guest bed placing a cover over her. I leave the room, closing the door behind me.

Teyahs POV

I woke up to mixed smells which smelled like steak, baked beans, macaroni, and mashed potatoes. I noticed That I was neatly tucked in a unfamiliar bed. As I slowly got out the bed, my toes curled as they landed on the cold floor.

I quietly walked out the room. I can hear Shantea singing 'Every Kind Of Way By H.E.R. I follow the sound of her voice and aroma That lead me down some steps. As I got closer to the kitchen I peeped around the corner and seen Shantea Dancing over the stove. I couldn't help but laugh at her. She turned around in embarrassment.

"Shit Teyah" she says startled.

"Sorry love." I reply walking over to her with a smirk.

She rolls her eyes playfully.

"Hungry?"

"Of course I am... For you." I reply licking my lips.

"Aye chill ma with yo nasty ass." She says biting her bottom lip.

We share a kiss and conversate as we eat our food. Later on that night we watch 'Jail Bait' on Netflix and I fell asleep as Shantea held me.
