LUCY'S POV

2 years later....

"Natsu! Wake up! We're going to be late!" I shouted up the stairs for the pinkette. I sighed and ran up the stairs after no reply, sometimes he could easily over sleep... Maybe even over an alarm! But at random times if you find him sleeping and your talking to a friend he'll randomly pop into the conversation as if he where awake the whole time!

Somehow I found his density cute.. 'Doesn't mean that I like him or anything! Eh.. N-no I don't!' I thought with flushed cheeks as I raised a gentle fist to the door. Then I knocked waiting for the deep sleeper to awaken. Waiting again for too long I opened the door to find the pink heard idiot passed out sprawled out over the bed with his chest, head, and back not covered.

He was wearing pink and blue checkered boxers with no shirt. I blushed a deeper pink color, 'chill out Lucy! He's a friend... Nothing more..' I thought with disappointment unnoticed. I thought of something purely childish and giggled lightly. I sprung onto the bed sprawling out over Natsu's half naked body. Not that I was thinking of anything sexual! He only rolled over and wrapped his arms around me with a warm and gentle smile.

"N-Natsu! Le-... Let me g-go!" I tried helplessly to squirm away. But his grip only tightened... In a more 'I want to keep you safe with me' type way. I felt my face go hot, tingles ran up my spine as his face was buried into the crook of my neck. "Lucy..." I heard his faint murmur. I sighed and began gripping at his sides in a way that seemed to tickle him. His grip faltered and I managed to slip away from his death grip.

"Natsu! I swear to god that if you don't wake up I'm going to pull you outta bed! And splash you with cold water." I shouted crossed my arms with cheeks hot pink of embarrassment. I knew he hated freezing cold water... That was the only thing I could do to awake him at times. His eyes snapped open as a look of fear and shock appeared on his face. "N-no! I'm up! I'm u-up!" He shuddered with a slight tint of pink on his cheeks.

"Yeah.... You better be.. Get up, we are going to be late for Ezra and Jellals wedding..." I frowned walking downstairs. The whole death grip I received from Natsu was still stuck in my head. 'Lucy...' His voice lingered in my mind. I shook my head a couple of times and sat down, I was already dressed and ready. I just needed to wait for pinky. Hopefully he won't take forever, I'm never one to be late for such importance. A wedding
