My eyes fluttered closed as invisible patterns were traced onto the small of my back. Fingertips ran slowly over my skin and warm breath tickled my neck, sending shivers that felt like electric currents shooting down to the base of my spine. A simple smile ghosted itself over my lips as I let my arms sling loosely around his neck, my fingers quickly entangling themselves with his soft blond hair, smooth beneath my skin.

‘’I love you.’’ He whispered tauntingly in my ear, the words brought a smirk to my lips. He loved me, no one else, just me. To be in love is the best feeling in the world, so surely realising that the person you’re in love with, has indeed fallen out of love with you, must be the worst feeling in the world. If only I had know then, how well acquainted I would get with that particular feeling.
