Jordan tried to sit beside me, but Sarah, someone who I wasn't even that close with, slipped onto it from the other side before he even started to sit."Sorry. Seats taken." She said, flashing him a sweet smile. He growled with angry looking eyes and sat opposite her - PJ was already opposite me. PJ looked at us with a slightly surprised look, but I shot him a smile. Just keep smiling, just keep smiling, don't drop the smile.
He sent me a blank look, but I could see the curiousness and wondering look in his eyes.
"So, Luna. Heard you have a new friend." Jordan leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms so his biceps were literally screaming at me to get back with him.
No. He treated Mary and I like shit. No.
"Yes, yes I did." I said with confidence, holding my head high. "Her name is Mary. Heard of her?" I followed up with a smirk. His eyes darkened and I couldn't help but laugh.
"Surely you should know her, I mean, you were sleeping with both of us at he same time. Hey, maybe there was a third girl that I didn't know about and you're getting them mixed up, huh?" I tested his patience, his will to pretty much not lose his shit. "Or maybe, we both meant so little to you that you'll forget our names within a week. Is that it?" I leaned on the table a little, the smirk still on my face.
I knew the way I leaned made my chest get pushed up a little. I knew my chest looked about a cup bigger when I sat like this. I knew it was torture to him. And boy, was I right. I could practically see the thoughts running through his head as he squirmed in his seat slightly, glancing down every three seconds.
"Well, I um -" he cleared his throat. "I can explain. You, ahem - you never let me explain." He said. I leaned back in the chair and crossed my arms.
"I don't need an explanation. I know everything you and Mary did. She told me herself how she found out you were a two-timer." I watched him relax slightly. "You're a wimp, a cheat and a gold digger, Jordan Woods. That's all you ever will be." I fist bumped Sarah.
YASS Sarah. She was a lovely girl who, although quiet, wasn't afraid to stand up for people. I liked her.
"Well, look how the tables have turned. Looks like, you're the one scared now." She said to him. I grinned, and we started to chat about what we needed to do for the PowerPoint while Jordan sat in silence, slumped and pissed.
After PJ had listened to music all through class while Sarah and I worked, I was pretty pissed at him. I mean, I get Jordan's not throwing in ideas, but at least he's copying it into his book.
"Hey, how many slides should it be? I think eight is a good number." Sarah asked, and I thought.
"I would've went for fifteen, we want it to be as in-depth as possible without sending everyone to sleep. Jordan?" I didn't look at him, but I still had to ask him.
"Personally, five. I'm too lazy for anymore." I rolled my eyes.
"Typical," I muttered under my breath. "PJ. What do you think?" I looked at him and found him dozing on his seat, eyes closed.
"PJ!" Sarah said loudly. I scoffed at him and took matters into my own hands. Pulling out his earbuds, I yelled at him.
"Patrick-James! Wake the hell up!" I shook him fiercely and he awoke with a jolt.
"Dude? What the fuck?" He gave out to me. My jaw dropped.
"Don't you 'what the fuck?' me! You fell asleep and haven't been helping us AT ALL!" I said back to him. He has the nerve.
