"RING RING WAKE UP YOU LAZY GLOP!!!" Went the alarm clock as Glorp's eyes flew open. He groaned and rolled off the bed, turning his head and seeing his room mates, Meep and Morp, looking through some papers. Glorp stared at the two glops, slowly sitting up and rubbing the back of his head.

"What're you guys reading?" He asked as he walked over, curiosity filling his mind. Meep flinched at the sudden noise, but turned and smiled, replying, "We found- or... Stole some papers from a Star Agent last night and found this!" He showed Glorp the papers and chuckled at the wide-eyed response he was given. In the files were pictures of endangered Heart Glops, wounded and trapped in prison from the war that destroyed their home planet, and two others.

"OH MY GLOD!!" Glorp screamed, snatching the file and reading the information. "I thought I was the last one!!!"

"Well the Star Government's keeping them imprisoned on the remains of Heart Glorb, you should go take a look!" Morp suggested, reaching for his trusty blue hoodie. "And maybe take Glip with you! He's probably not doing anything." Glorp nodded, shoving the files in his bag and running out the door.

He skipped along the sidewalk, admiring the differently sized domes and glops riding around on their hovercats. He passed the fruit store and the supermarket, ignoring the Star glops who were glaring at him and whispering shapist (Glop equivalent to racist) things to each other. He was the only Heart glop in the city, and he was an outcast, but he didn't mind. He had Glip with him, and that's all that really mattered. Eventually, he reached Glip's dome, a small but cozy dome with a beautiful front yard surrounded by a delicate grumbo garden. He didn't need to knock, as Glip knew no one visited him except Glorp, so he calmly walked in, smiling at the sight of his best friend silently dancing to Glop Tunes with his pet Snake.

"Enjoying the tunes I see??" Glorp laughed, seeing Glip flinch and almost fall over. He turned and jumped excitedly, running over and hugging Glorp. Glorp laughed again, holding Glip's hand so he could communicate with the mute glop through telepathy.

"The tunes are great! They're really catchy and unique!" Glip thought to his friend as he looked around, spotting the small grumbo short cake on the kitchen counter. "I made Grumbo Cake, if you want some. I'll give the rest to Meep and Morp." Glorp nodded, taking a slice of the cake and eating it while explaining.

"Meep and Morp found these files," he stopped to swallow the cake in his mouth. "About Heart Glops. They're still alive and I have to look for them. Just to know that I'm not alone. You should come with me!" Glip's stitched up smile turned into a frown, suddenly growing a little worried as he looked through the papers.

"I don't know... This seems dangerous, and it's on Heart Glorb, which is another planet. Are you sure you want to do this?" Glip looked up at Glorp, who just hugged him again.

"It'll be fine. We can use the hoversphere in your garage!" Glorp replied.

"It's really old and really only meant for one person."

"You're tiny, I'm sure we can both fit!" Glorp paused for a second, then quickly added, "I MEANT TINY AS A COMPLIMENT!" Glip smiled, but it slowly faded away as he looked at the ground.

"I'm still not sure about this.. We could get caught by the government! We could be thrown in jail! We could be-" Glip was cut off by a loud BANG as he collapsed, Meep standing behind him with a frying pan. Glorp panicked and slapped Meep.

"DUDE WHAT WAS THAT FOR!? YOU COULD'VE HURT HIM!!!" Glorp screamed as he picked up Glip. Meep just shrugged and walked to Glip's garage, replying, "Yeah, but we gotta get this show on the road. Morp fixed Glip's hoversphere and put a cloaking device on it, but it only lasts a few hours." Glorp followed Meep and squeezed himself into the small hoversphere, Morp shoving an unconscious Glip inside as well.
