Soft little creature
So pretty, so fragile
Soft little creature
With smiling face
She looks to the sun
So big, so bright
She looks to the sun
For more than just light.
Soft little creature
With colors so pretty
Red and orange as sunset
Blue and purple as twilight
And white as if stardust
Had been sprinkled upon her face.
So small and fragile
When you look, you might see
A small simple plain flower
But to me she is the best part of spring
And saying goodbye is the worst part of winter.

PoetryJust a book of some of my poems. Rosebud was my first poem ever. Other than that I don't know the order. *************************************************************************************
