One Hundred Sleepless Nights-A Pierce The Veil Fanfiction

~Chapter Three~

Once we got to my place I dragged Silver up the stairs to my room. Obediantly, she follows. "I want juice" She says plopping down on my bed. "That can wait" I tell her. "Okay." I say excitingly. "What are you wearing for your date?" Silver bit her bottom lip. She did that whenever she was unsure about something. I rolled my eyes and yanked open my closet door. "You can borrow something from me."

   Silver smiles really big and hugs me tightly. "Thanks Skylar! You're the best!" I laugh and playfully push her off me. "Hurry up and find something so we can head off to the beach before my dad wakes up." My dad usually didnt like it when I went out with friends. Even though I've known Silver practically all my life. 

   Silver squeals and I look up to see what shes fangirling about. Shes holding up my new turquoise strapless top that I bought at the mall a few weeks ago. I never wore it because it was too small. But it would fit Silver perfectly. "Pleaseeee!" She pleads, making her hazel eyes get big and round. I laugh. "Okay okay" "Yes!" She walks over and hip bumps me then holds the shirt up to her chest. Its gonna look great with my skinny jeans that I have on." I eyed Silver's jeans. She was right. Her jeans were a dark blue- almost black color. They went perfectly with the top. "Okay and what shoes are you wearing?" I ask her while stretching out on my bean bag chair. Silver rumages through my closet and pulls out one of my white sandals. "These." She says, looking quite pleased with her choice. I laugh again. 

  "So can we go now?" I ask her looking at the clock. If we left now, we'd have about and hour and thirty minutes to hang out at the beach before Silver had to get ready for her date. Silver did a twirl around my room while holding the white sandals against her chest. "Lets us go."

   The sun was really hot out and I hugged our beach bag agaisnt my chest. Which contained suncreen, towels, shades, water bottles, and money for icecream. Silver dug her toes into the sand and stretched out her arms like she was flying. "New yoga move or something?" I ask jokingly. Silver rolled her eyes and sat down in the sand. "Do you think Mike likes coming to the beach?" She ask me. I sit down next to her and cross my arms, mainly just to hide my scars.

  "I dunno Silver.." She puts her head back and closes her eyes. The beach was empty except a few people who were taking afternoon strolls. I take the scrunchie out my hair and let my hair fall down my shoulders. My hair was pretty long, it almost reached my waist. A huge wave heads torwards us and I grab Silver by her wrist. We always did this.

   Me and Silver run towards the wave and jump in the water right as it comes crashing over us. The wave pushes us deep under the water and we both hold our breath. 1...2...3.. I open my eyes and see Silver looking back at me. She looks like she wants to laugh. I grab onto her shirt and push her towards a school of fish and she screams as her skin makes contact with their scaly wet bodies. Her scream however, came out as a few bubbles. I laugh and push myself up towards the shore. The sun meets my eyes and I gasp, breathing in the fresh ocean air. Silver's head plunges up out the water  beside me and she slaps my arm. I laugh and we both pull our selves out the water. 

     SIlver wrings out her hair but I let mines air-dry. I feel a hand on my shoulder and I turn around. Vic stands there, shirtless. His hair is also soaking wet. I cant help but notice his six pack.. "Hey Skylar!" He says smiling. "Hi Silver" He says, but his eyes dont leave my face. I smile back at him. "Hi Vic.' Silver stands up and dramatically clears her throat. "I'll see you later Skylar..Im gonna go get ready for my date" Before I can object to being left alone with Vic, she winks at me and starts skipping up the beach. 

Im going to kill that girl later.

   "Can I sit?" Vic asks. "Sure" I pretend to be focused on the waves and the seagulls but Vic starts a conversation anyways. "So.." He starts. "Do you and Silver always randomly jump into waves?" My face turns red and I laugh. "Omg Vic....you were watching us?" I playfully smack his arm and he laughs. "Well not until I heard laughing from somewhere, so I looked around and spotted your pretty blue hair.." I blush and dare to look at Vic's face. Fuck....he was looking at me too. Vic's eyes find mine and he reaches out and pushes a few strands of my hair behind my ear. "Your laugh is really cute" He tells me.

   "Right" I say rolling my eyes. "Anyways.." I say changing the topic. "How do you like it here?" Vic lays back in the sand and folds his arms behind his head. "Well its really different than Tennesee... but I like it alot. The beach is also calming." I smile and lay next to him. "It is isnt it?" I look up at the sky which is now tinted with orange. "The view is so beatiful." I say. "Yeah..very beautiful." Agrees Vic. I turn to face him and turn red when I realize that he wasnt focused on the sky at all. He was looking at me. 

  He smiles.....that cute smile of his and turns torwards the ocean. "SKY LOOK!" He shouts pointing torwards the water. A huge wave is rolling in. He grabs my wrist and pulls me off the sand. "Ive always wanted to try this" Vic says laughing. I just laugh as he pulls me down torwards the water. He pushes me in then dives right in after me.The wave rolls into the water and we get pushed against each other. Vic grabs my hand and pulls me towards him. The water seems to carry us outshore and I start to freak out. Vic squeezes my hand and I Iook up into his eyes which relax me.

   The water finally stops moving and Vic drags me up, I push my head out from underwater and Vic is behind me. I gasp then start laughing. Im laughing so hard that my sides start to hurt and Vic laughs too. Pretty soon we're both laughing like five year olds and I feel Vic pull me against him. I look up into his brown eyes and I see something, Im not exactly sure what it was but I saw something. I dont have time to figure out what it was because the next moment, Vic's lips come crashing into mine. Im literally screaming inside but for some reason, I dont push Vic away. Instead I wrap my legs around his waist, I feel him put his arms around me. And I kiss him back like I dont ever want to pull away.

HEY GUYSSSS :D HOW WAS CHAPTER THREE? I really tried my best Dx So what do you think will happen next? Will Skylar admit she has feelings for Vic and will they become a thing?
