"Baby Girl! Did I need to remind you what I told you being child in your room when you came out wearing that tweety nightdress? "He asked me and picked a leaf from rose bushes and star examines it turning it around in a bored manner while I blush at the mention of tweety dress.
"What?" He asked me.
"Baby Girl! Don't call me that. "I told him stressing on each word.
"But You're just so..."", he stopped walking and glanced at me
And not to my surprise, he lifted his hand towards my cheek and in a reflex, I slapped his hand away.
He whined and stared at me with a cute pout on his face.
"What part of ''Don't pinch my cheeks'' you didn't understand,"I asked him.
Manik grumbled something under his breath and rubbed his hand. "The don't part and You always turn to violence."
"Only when someone doesn't know their boundaries. " I replied back.
"Oh, so...boundaries"He smirked at me, his chocolate eyes trained on mine and I feel something flutter inside me.
Maybe the butterflies they always talk about in the novel.
"So we have boundaries now. "He asked me with naughtiness.
"There are always boundaries, you've just never cared enough to find out,"I replied
Aiyappa knows what's happening inside his mind. But I feel trouble.
He gazed at the roses and start plucking it from the plant but not before checking the surrounding for any professor and gardener. After he had a bunch of roses in his hand he starts examining it.
Aiyappa I wish Gardner or any professor will catch him now. His expression will be worth watching.
"No pinching on the cheek? "He asked while gazing at roses.
"Yes, it's annoying. I'm not a chi...I mean I'm not Santa little elves that you keep pinching my cheeks "I said stopping myself from saying, child, as he will again give the justification as for why I'm child which lead to that tweety nightdress and then me blushing.
He nodded his head and looked up at me, his eyes now fully trained on me "How do you feel about kissing? "He asked in his sexy voice.
My eyes widened as I stared at him,"W...What?" I stutter.
"Kissing, Baby Girl, you know lip to lip.Do your boundaries allowed it? "He asked me and stepped forward making my back collided with a wall.
From where did this wall come out of nowhere.
I tried to calm myself. I can feel myself blushing as heat start rising towards my cheek. Damn that guy for always making me speechless. But out of nowhere my eyes zero on his lips and then the idea of kissing doesn't seem all bad to me.
What am I thinking? Aiyappa please evaporates such dirty thoughts from my mind.
"What the hell do you think you're doing? "I speak without stuttering. I cannot let him know that what thoughts are running in my mind which have his lips and a wall and .... Snap out of it Nandini.
Ok, stop. Not again.Aiyappa what is all this.
he asked again, "Answer the question Baby Girl. "without moving back from me.
Aiyappa ! I can't think straight when he is this close to me.
"It depends on who it is," I replied him, pushing him away from me to make a distance between us so that I can think rationally.
But that jerk takes a step forward and said "Me."
I blush again.
He starts taking a step forward and I step away from the wall and start taking a step back and it results in me cornering against the tree.
What all you think that I will corner again the wall.but common I just get out of that wall to corner against the tree.
"Did your boundaries allow me to kiss you. "He asked me again.
"I think you know the answer of that. "I said in a straight voice keeping my butterflies in check from whenever they decide to show and keeping my hand on his chest pushing him away.Hard.
He stumbles back in surprise as he didn't except that move from me while the distance between us makes me think rationally.
I did not understand how the situation escaped so quickly. One minute I am crying the second minute he is consoling me and the third minute we are discussing that where my boundaries allow me to kiss him or not.
I glared at that jerk while he looked like he is just about to burst into laughing. I turned around and walking inside the college to go to my class.
I yell loudly behind my back "You Jerk, haven't you ever heard of personal space?"
"Is that a yes?" he asked me, amusement clear in his voice.
"Shut Up. "I replied while he laughs in the return.
I look down to find the bunches of red roses in my hand which Manik is collecting, from where did I get that bunches in my hand but whatever it is I inhale the fragrance of roses and blush hard at my stupidity.
