Crush On Max

Jerk.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I look at my clock and it shows '6:20'. I woke up pretty early when actually my school is just 5 minutes away. I grab my hair tie and tie my hair into a ponytail. I got up from my bed and went to my living room. I switch on the TV and watch 'FairyOddParents'. Love that show, it helps me get ready for school. Funny huh?

"Morning," mom said, kissing me on my forehead. I continue eating my cereal and watching tv. My brother, Steven, 15, is going to school. He always goes to school early since he needs to wait for the bus. I look at the clock '6:55'. Ugghhh, time to get ready. I ripped out my shirt, tie my hair in a bun and got in the shower. I don't wash my hair in the morning. I got out of the shower and wrapped myself with a towel. I went to my room and checked my phone.

2 unread messages. Probably from Sam. I ignored and get dressing. Blah blah...... I put on my shoes and head to school.

Today I more class so I need to stayback after school. I looked at my box file and read my time table. First period is Math. Ughhh, hate maths! I went to my class and I was the first. I waited for everyone to come. While waiting, I looked around and saw a piece of paper. I took it and unfold it.

Everybody hates me!

OMG! It looked like Emily's handwriting. I heard footsteps coming from behind. I turned and saw Hana.

"What are you doing?" She asked with a confusion look.

"Nahh, just reading a piece of paper," She took it from me and start reading it. She sat on a table and gave that 'thinking' look.

"It looks like Emily's handwriting, isn't it?" I asked.

"Ya," She replied.

The bell rang and everyone started to walked to their class. Hana handed me the paper and i kept it in my pocket for now. I sat beside Emily, my usual place. I looked at her and she ignored my words. Weird.

~After School~

Ya, I need to stayback. I went to the cafeteria with Emily, Hana, Casy and Selina. I grabbed Emily's hand and ran to the toilet.

"What's going on?" Emily shouted while running.

"Shh! Just follow me!" I told her.

I locked the bathroom door and turned around to look at Emily. I took the paper from my pocket and unfold it. I showed it to Emily and she look like she did not know but fail. I know she wrote this so I force her to tell me.

"Tell me, if not you can't go out!" I said.

"Ok, fine! You want me to tell you? Yes! I did it! Everyone hates me!" She pushes me aside, unlock the door and got out. I just stand there speechless. Wt... I got out of the bathroom and join the others.

"So, what happen?" Hana asked.

"Where is Emily?" Casy asked.

"She ran and she told me that she wrote it. What's got into her?" I gave the 'what the hell happen' look and sit down next to Selina.

"I am going to find her," I said suddenly after my thoughts. I search at the food collecting area and saw Max. He was smiling and laughing with Violet. She is Nicole's bestfriend. She and Nicole is a basketball player. Yaa. Whateverr. I heard people saying Max like Violet alot of times. I rolled my eyes and continue finding Emily. I ran to the classroom and saw her sitting at the corner in the dark. I switched on the lights and walked towards her.

"How you know everybody hates you?" I asked putting my hands on her back to comfort.

"Everyone hates me!" She shouted.

"Don't assume," I told her proudly.

"But its correct. Everyone hates me!"

"It's ok. Lets go to the cafeteria," I said. She .followed me and still crying. I told her to stop crying if not I won't treat her chocolate. She stopped.

"That's my girl!" I said.
