Leaving

Yes, today is the day that i am leaving all my friends. I texted Sam and Nora,

'hey, i am going now. i just want to say i love you guys. muahhhh'

I was all dressed up ready to leave. I was happy outside but inside i was sad. I can't let go of my friends. But my parents have to work to get us more money so we could live. Ugh. Such a difficult choice. I looked in the mirror and tell myself that i am not who i am today. I am going to start a fresh start.

"Honey! Are you ready?" Mom shouted from downstairs.

"Its time to go now, Taylor," I said to myself.

I walked downstairs with my blue laggage. Dad took my laggage and put it inside the taxi. I put on my shoes and head out. I looked back at my precious house and remember all that memories. I am gonna miss you house.

I went inside the taxi and looked out at the window. I keep staring at my house until the view was gone. I took out my phone and listen to my favourite music, 'Summertime Sadness' by Lana Del Ray.

I felt a vibration on my lap and i unlocked my phone. 30 unread messages. Wow. I clicked on it and first that caught my eyes was Max. I clicked on it,

'have a nice flight.'

i reply,

'thanks'

As for my bestfriends,

'I love you too, Tay!'

'Meet you at the airport!'

I read the others and all they said is have a nice flight. I locked my phone and continue looking out of the window.

When we arrived, i went straight to the washroom as i badly want to do my business. Ahh it feels better. I got out of the cubicle and washed my hands. I went outside to find my parents and i didn't see them. I panicked. I didn't even bring my phone but i felt a tap on my shoulders. I turned around and Ahhh!

"Sam! Nora!" I shouted.

"Tay!" Both of them shouted. We throw a group hug.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked.

"We are visiting you!" Sam said.

"Ahh! You guys are sweet!" I said.

"Sam, can i lend your phone?" I asked.

"Sure!" She said. I dial my mom's number and waited for her to pick up.

"Hello?" mom said.

"Mom?" i said.

"honey! where are you? we are taking off at 30 minutes!" She said.

"Where are you? I had to go to the bathroom," i said.

"I am at 7-eleven buying your brother an ice cream.see you there," mom said and hang up on me. I rolled my eyes and gave the phone back to Sam.

"My mom is at 7-eleven. So we have to go there," I said and they followed me. I walked straight and turn to my right. I saw a sign that shows 'More shops'. I turn right again and saw 7-eleven at the end. I walked there quickly and saw my mom paying at the cashier counter. I walked towards my mom.

"Hey, mom!" I said.

"Honey," Mom said.

"Hey, Mrs. Cortney," Sam and Nora said.

"Oh hey there ladies," Mom said.

"Mom, i want to buy an ice cream too!" I asked.

"Here, buy for your friends too," She said, handing me the money.
