Hey pumpkins!I'm back!!!And as you may have realized by now....I wrote a malec ode shot!!!So I'm currently obsessed with Shadowhunters and I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE 3RD SEASON!!!😍😍Anyways I'm pretty proud of my work so I really hope you enjoy it!!!

3rd person's P.O.V:

Magnus and Alec haven't been very good. In fact, they haven't been good at all. After three years of marriage, their love and understandment for one another has started to fade. They try so hard to keep themselfs from drowning, but problems have started to make their appearenceand things have been rocky. But tonight was...

Alec was assigned a new mission a few days ago. It was really important, so he buried himself to work. He would leave their loft and never even leave a note behind, Magnus would call him and Alec would either ignore him or blow him off. Magnus had started to make weird thoughts... "What if he's cheating on me?" . "No...he would never do this to me !...Would he?".

These thoughts were as loud as ever tonight, while Alec was working in the office they made for him in the apartment a few tears ago. He just carved for Alec's attention, since he got it less and less as time flew by. Tonight he had enough. Alec had been there for 5 hours straight and honestly he had started to get a little worried. He knocked the door and opened it before he could hear an answer.

«Alexander... can you please come outside?».

«No Magnus I can't. I'm busy, can't you see?», Alec said without even looking up from the papers spread all over his desk.

«You're always busy Alec! You haven't even had a break ever since you were assigned that stupid mission! I'm worried about you!! You are always working and ignore me and I'M SICK OF IT!!».

«By the Angel Magnus just get out of here! Can't you see I'm working?? Sometimes you can get so irritating I'm even wondering why I married you!!». And that's all it took. That little sentence had said it all. Magnus doubts had begun to be confirmed...

Magnus voice dropped, just like his heart. «You used to find it sweet...when I was worried about you...you used to understand...».

«I'm not going through this conversation right now... just go to bed». But Magnus have had enough. He walked towards the door at the apartment and pushed it open, standing behind it. He looked exhausted and heartbroken.

«I knew it would happen at some point», he said, his voice dropped to whisper now, his eyes glued to the ground avoiding Alec's at all cost, like his heart would completely shutter if he were to actually look at him.

«I knew you would get bored of me at some point...that you wouldn't want me anymore...You're far too young to be committed like this...and with someone like me...I just thought that it would last a little longer...».

«Mags...», Alec started , his once strong and angry voice now gentle and low, like he was afraid of breaking the man in front of him.

«Don't...I know what's going on. You fell in love...You fell in love with someone. Someone that isn't me. You don't want me anymore. You...you don't love me anymore. Of course...I don't blame you. You were young and you thought you felt things for me...because I was so... different. And now you grew up. You grew up enough to realize that there are so many better things for you out there... now you can see me for what I really am...broken. I don't want you to stay with me pretending to love when you actually despise me. I don't you to stay because you pity me. Go Alexander...go to the man you're in love with. Go be with him. Life is too short to stay with someone because of the past...or because you feel guilty. You don't deserve this and neither do I».
