Hey guys!!Happy New year!!I hope you are all good!!Anyway,sorry for taking me so long to update but I don't have that much free time...But I will try and post more often,I promise!!!I noticed that no-one commented which couple they wanted to see so.....I wrote a Romione one-shot(as you can clearly see)!!!!Hope you enjoy!!

Hermione P.O.V :

It's been two weeks...two weeks since Ron abandoned us...me...what we could have been...I was ready to admit my feelings for him and I just know that he was going to do the same!Firstly, we would start dating, then we would get married,have a bunch of babies and in the end we would grow old together, die in each other's arm...

'Oh hush up!'.

'Excuse me?'.

'You sound like a love sick puppy!And in case you forgot,he dumped you here,all be yourself with Harry!Plus, you are only 17 years old for the love of Marlin!!!!'.

'Okay that was mean!First of all, he left because he wore that stupid locket and second....whatever!A girl can dream!'.
Did I just had a conversation with my conscious??Oh great that is just great...I am going crazy!!《You always were crazy Mione!But that is exactly why we love you!》, I heard Ron's voice fill the inside of my head.Tears instantly made their way to me eyes as I remembered his voice,his laugh...

Suddenly,Harry walked in the tent with a blank expression plastered in his face.I seem to keep forgetting what he is going through.....I may have lost the guy I love but he lost his best mate,the only guy friend he could discuss with...of course he had me, but I am absolutely sure that it is not the same...

"Anything new?", I asked in an attempt to hide my red face and puffy eyes.

"Nope I just got bored and came to ask you if you have any book that I could borrow to read", he said trying to hide his worries face.Maybe he understood that I was crying and maybe he didn't,even though it must be pretty obvious.Whatever it was, I am pretty happy that he didn't push the matter any further.I really didn't want to talk about anything.

"Harry, it's okay you can go to sleep. You've been awaken gat too long to continue. Sit down, get some rest and I'll watch out for us tonight.You are going to bed", I announced matter of fact.
I could feel that he wanted to disagree but he could hardly keep his eyes open, so be was of course forced to take my advise. Man I'm great when it comes to advises. Except when they involve me...then I am the worst.

"Okay, you win. Just be extra carefull, alright??", he said and sat down on his bed.Good boy Mr Potter, good boy.

"Yeah, I will be don't worry", I reassured him and walked out of the tent.

I sat down in the chair that was still warm from the person who sat on it no more than 2 minutes ago. It was a bitter cold night, so I pulled my jacket closer to my chest and the blanket that Harry forgot here closer to my body. I have to admit that I was kinda scared, no scratch that, I was terrified. But fortunately I had my wand with me and--Wait....where in Merlin's beard is my wand??I must have forgotten it inside! Damn!!! Now I have to go back and get it...I had just started to feel comfortable! My life and fate must really hate me...

I went back to the tent to get it and I saw Harry wide awake, with the Marauder's map, trying to find someone's dot instead of doing what I told him to do. At first, I thought it was Ron he was looking for, but then I  remembered...Ginny.Of course and Harry was looking for her...he was missing her like crazy! Can't really blame him because I'm no better than him.

I really couldn't help going to him and giving him a hug, which he gladly accepted and returned. We both needed that I guess...

"She's alright! She's strong and she's waiting for you. We'll finish this war and then you'll go back to her...", I informed him.

"Thanks Hermione...I'm trying but it's hard.You know how it feels...".

"Yes I do...But I also know that you are my brother and I will fight by your side no matter what. Now go to sleep, because if you don't then something will happen to you and I'm not going to tell Ginny that I allowed something like that to happen! She'll kill me!!!".He just laughed and so did I. It feels good to laugh.
