________I stared up at the short, blonde haired girl that stood up on the edge of the bridge in front of me. She paced back and forth across the length while swinging her arms around her back. I wiped a bit of blood that seeped from the fresh wound that she had made when she struck me.
"You're a psychopath!" I shouted at her. Amber Thomas walked upside down on the underside of the building, her short bobbed hair fanned out around her head. "You'll never win!"
"Mmmm, I prefer creative." She shrugged, trying to brush back the hair that had fallen into her freckled face. "I mean, I really don't want to win. I'd rather be at home watching Netflix. But whatever."
Jeez. For a super villain, she really wasn't into this.
"We're going to lock you up forever!" My sidekick, Billie Peterson, shouted. "You'll never hurt anyone ever again!"
Again the blonde shrugged and sat down on the underside of the bridge. She put her head in her hands in a very bored manner. "I got things to do today. If you're not going to hit me, then can I go?"
"Never! We're going to stop you. Right here, right now!" I shouted again, still not getting a reaction out of her.
"I really don't need your permission. And we all know you can't really hit me so in just going to go." Before Billie or I could say anything thing else, she teleported away.
Billie huffed. "That's the third time this week she left in the middle of a battle. Its not fair she has magic and we don't." He whined, crossing his arms. I stared back at the spot where Amber had just been. I shook my head.
"Let's just go back to the tower. We can sort out whatever the hell could stop her." I told him.
"Yeah."
---------------When we got back to the tower, we figured it would be best to rest and regain our strength just incase Amber showed up at anytime. She had a knack for doing stuff like that. And it was damn annoying. Billie went back to his room and I stayed out in the living room, sitting on the couch. I put a random show on the tv and started to watch it.
"Good choice, this is a good show."
I screamed at the sudden voice and looked over to see Amber laying on the couch next to me. One of her legs were propped up on the back of couch and she was typing something in her phone.
"Nice girly scream, princess." Amber snorted. I heard footsteps sound from down the hall and looked up to see Billie skidding into the living room.
"What the fuck?" Billie asked, looking from Amber to me. The blonde's eyes hadn't left the screen of her phone, her fingers still typing away.
"This place is the only place in the city that has really good wifi." Amber shrugged. She suddenly bolted upwards and off the couch. "You guys got any food?" Billie gave me an are you serious? look as the small blonde girl started riffling through our kitchen. She stopped when she found a can of Pringles.
"You guys got the good shit." She plopped back down on the couch and started eating our Pringles.
Billie pouted. "Those are my Pringles." He whispered.
"Can you leave?" I asked.
She stared at me. "Oh sure, Supernatural's on at any minute now. I'll see you guys later."
"She took my Pringles." Billie complained, staring at the spot on the couch where she was laying on just a moment ago. "My damn Pringles."
---------------
I sighed, taking the perfect spot on the couch, as I read my book. Billie was flipping through channels on the tv, deciding what to watch. It was our day off, and I was grateful we didn't have to deal with Amber today. A rumble sounded from behind the door, causing Billie to cease his channel-flipping and look up.
Damn it.
Speak of the devil.
Amber burst through the doors. She was wearing a pair of sunglasses that said ASS on the lenses and was holding a six pack of beer.
"What the fuck is up, yall?" She yelled, holding up a peace sign with her free hand. "Im ready to fuckin party!"
Billie facepalmed. "Jesus."

De TodoI've been writing for a long time and I found some old stories that are good (debatable) but not good enough to be changed into a novel. Here is a collection of those stories. I hope you enjoy.
