I was still smiling even till I slept off. Nobody knew what the fuss was about all they knew was that i was just unnecessarily happy.

Going through my phone I realised I had a text from Ryan.

"Y was he texting?" I asked myself

Going through the text it read "hey Ella, would you be free tomorrow? Let's all hang out".

The tomorrow he was talking about was today. He sent the message about 11:30pm. I had slept off by that time.

I just remembered that we talked about hanging out during the hols.

"Sure, what time?" I replied

Just about a minute later he replied
"11 will be fyn. You could come along with Hannah".

" Definitely"
" I wasn't ever going to come alone". I replied rolling my eyes.

I wasn't ever going to hang out with him and his friends after a long time alone. I didn't trust them to that extent even if they were cool. They could be silly and freaky at times.

"You scared?" He asked. I could sense him laugh even though he was not here with me. It was his nature.

He was a crazy and funny badass boy who many girls like even the so called "queen bee " had always had an eyes for.

"Hell no! " I replied with a scoff

Sometimes I wonder why I reacted so much to chats. The person wasn't seeing my actions just reading my texts but still I acted.

It's a normal thing I said to myself laughing.

Going back to the chat.

"Why for heavens sake would I be scared of you. I'd rather be scared of a dead cockroach".I said putting a laughing emoji right after my sentence.

"Let's see how long your being tough would last " he replied putting the tongues out emoji.

"Lol" I replied.

"Anyways, see you by 11 then"

"Sure".

"Chill where are we meeting?"
We had not even planned on where to meet or... wait a minute I don't even know where we were hanging out at. Shiit...

"Im coming over to pick you get ready".

"But where exactly are we going to..."

There was no point sending the message. He was off.

I had to call Hannah. She was actually to come over today so all she had to do was come earlier than planned.

Hannah got over to my place quite earlier than I thought she would.
We had breakfast together. We had rice krispies. We both had the habit of pouring a full tin of milk in a very small bowl of krispies. I was over exaggerating tho but we were really into pouring too much milk and not leaving sugar out of it.

Mum always warned us against consumption of much sugar and talking some stuffs bout diabetes. But hey!! Who cares?? Well I don't. I thought to myself. Stuffing my face with food. God! It was awesome. I just dont understand why parents never see the bright side of things.

My baby brother John rushed his food very quickly and followed my dad off to work. That has been on for about 3 days now and I just wondered how he would be coping with the hall full of adults. Well, he says he loves it because there was a little boy of his age and a younger girl who he played with. Plus Dad's co workers took them to some fun house or ice cream joint during their break.
Cool right? But hell! That still sounds boring to me. None of my mates. I've been there too you know!

Mum was also heading out to some women stuff I don't really care about so we had all day to ourselves.

Just as she was about to leave the house, I called her attention. "Hey mum! I'll be going out with Hannah, just a hang out... you know I'm not doing anything really at home and there's no new movie to watch so we'll just go out and get something doing..."

"No problem dear, just be careful" she said as she left the house".

"Bye mum, take care". With that, myself and Hannah smiled triumphantly.

Just a few minutes past 11 a truck was packed outside my house and we knew exactly who it was.

Just as if Hannah was reading my mind she asked just like I thought"who drove the truck?? "

There was no doubt they were the ones in the truck as Caio came down from the passengers seat.

"How's that possible? They are just fourteen for crying out loud and they drive already" I said

Just as we were still discussing we heard d bell and I went to get the door.

Standing outside two charming guys... yh, they were charming and looked nothing like 14. They looks about the age of sixteen or seventeen. Standing before me was Brian and Caio.

"Are you just going to stand there admiring or you're going to let us in " Ryan spoke bringing me back to the present.

"Stfu Im not admiring you, what's there to admire in you " I said leaving the doorway for them to come in.

"Don't tell me you drove yourself all the way here " Hannah asked

"We're guys, what do you expect?" Caio replied

"Heck! You guys are just fourteen years... freaking 14 yrs... you are not even eligible to have a learners permit yet " she rambled on

"Plus I'm not getting into that car... Im not in any way ready to die yet... I have a whole lot of years to live... I want to go to high school, then down to college, get a million dollar job and get married, have cute kids ...
Woah! I have a whole lot of fun years to live..."

I was ranting now and the guys burst out into laughter...

"We came here alive didn't we?" Ryan asked sitting on d handle of the chair.

"We don't care " Hannah replied

"You guys should calm your nerves" Ryan said
"Someone drove us here" he concluded.

"Who?" Myself and Hannah asked together looking shocked.

Caio smilled towards the door

We both turned our head in shock noticing their third party.

What a cute guy in dread

He was tall, slim, had black orbs. He looked so much like Caio just more like a bad boy with the dreads on.

"Hi guys, Im Tomas." He stretched out his hand and shook Hannah and I one after the other with a firm grip.

"Emmanuela, friends call me Ella"

"It's Hannah " Hannah said also taking his hand.

Everything felt wierd from that moment.

Thanks to Ryan as he broke the tension

"We should get going" he said

And with that we all agreed as we walked out towards the car.

Im an ass yh! I know...
