Competition Of A Lifetime

Chapter 10:

-Time skip 1 hr because I have nothing smart to put here-

My phone buzzed in my pocket. I fished it out and scanned the screen. I held it tight in my hands and I began to shake violently. Let me explain this to you. When I love something I usually quieten down. If I am shocked I shake. I like Adam in a way where I would share my favourite candy with. And I don’t share my favourite candy with anyone. Even my best friends. You call it a crush, I call it hell. Nobody would date me. Especially someone as amazing as Adam. I calmed myself down and opened the twitter notification.

“@Skydoesminecraf: Congrats to these people @ChelseaMay @FisherPrice @KindleCurse @UnderTheBridge @PheonixSkys @WeldingRod @KellyAnn @MinxLovesMe @HazelBrown @BlueSwedeShoes.” (A/N All made up. AM I GOOD ENOUGH YET MUM?!)

I sat and smiled. Logging into skype on my laptop I got really excited. Adam had sent me a friend request. I accepted his request and had a small inner fan girl moment. At this point in time I didn’t care if I didn’t win. I had made it far enough into the competition to know I could get somewhere with my life if I put my head to it.

I resumed scrolling through my phone when I got a message on skype. I opened it and looked. My eyes went really wide and I got really happy.

Adam (Sky): Hello Chelsea J

Me: Hi Adam. You can call me Chels for short if you want. Or Piggy. I’m fine with either.

Adam: Haha ok sure. Are you ok to have your interview now?

Me: Ahh, video or voice?

Adam: We are doing voice because we want this to be based on personality, not looks.

Me: Ok give me a minute, I have to get a drink.

Adam: Ok tell me when you are ready and ill add you to the call.

I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a glass bottle of lemonade. I ran back upstairs and grabbed my laptop. I ran into my recording room and sat it down. I plugged in the microphone and webcam. I opened fraps and decided to record this. I had a small channel I barely used. I uploaded once or twice a week if I was bored. I only had like a thousand subs. I mainly recorded me playing games. I did my normal intro and told my fans what was going on.

“Hey guys PiggerrMaayyyy here and today I’m going to be interviewed by TC for the competition thingy they are doing. I’m super excited about this. I am super happy that I made it this far. TOP 10 BABY!”

I told Adam I was ready and he added me to the call. I went slightly silent as I saw who was in the call. There were a bunch of mumbled HI’s from everyone in the call. They sounded like the really didn’t want to be there. Adam was the one who spoke brightly.

“HEY,” he practically shouted at me.

“Jeeze guys don’t sound so excited to meet me. I feel so dam honoured.” I said sarcastically.

Adam and I laughed as Ty piped up with, “HOLY SHIT its A GIRL THIS TIME.”

“You guys couldn’t guess I was a girl by my name?” I question.

“No, I haven’t been telling them who is next. So far there have been 4 guys before you. I told them not to look at the name of who I added to the call each time.” Adam said.

“That explains. I’m Chelsea. ” I said casually. “So is there something you guys want me to answer or what?”

“I’ve made each of these manly men write a question to ask you. So there is only 5 questions overall for you to answer.” Adam said.

“Mkay who’s first?” I said.

“Fiiiieeeesssshhh go first,” Adam said.

I heard an aggravated sigh come from Quentin as he ask me his question.

“What’s your favourite Pokémon, if you have one?” Quentin asked me.

“Hahaha believe it or not I love mudkips. My second favourite would have to be the shiny Magikarps because they are so SHINEH!” I said.

“She’s a keeper,” I hear Quentin say
