A/N:

So, I had no intention of making this such a Felix-based chapter. It was planning to mainly focus on Christine and the stuff going on there, but I suppose that will have to wait until the next chapter.

I mean, I planned to have this happen...But I didn't mean for it to happen yet...

Though...Hmm, thinking about it, this really is the only place that it could fit...Yes, yes...

(Don't mind me. Just rambling/figuring out the vague order of events to come.)

Anyway, enjoy and please comment. I really would like to know what you guys think...

Another point to remember, guys, is that NAMES ARE IMPORTANT!

Btw, to pronounce Niði, you say "knee-tea" (Easiest way I can see is to spell out the actual sounds you make, yeah?)

To pronounce Mánagarmr, you say "man-a-gar (car, but with a g)-mer (like brr, but with a m)".

Ayyyyye. *points finger guns* So important, guys. Man, I love names. I know, I'm a weirdo! xD

Willow gulped, the reality of everything that had just happened beginning to hit her. Her self-consciousness came back in full force and she tried to pull out of Aiden's arms. Only…

Nope, he was having none of that. His hold tightened, just slightly. Her body was pressed so closely to his that she was pretty sure she could almost feel his skin through his satin crimson shirt. She wanted to fight against him and yet, she didn't. Despite how much she wished it didn't…The feel of his embrace made her heart shake in her chest. Her heart was pounding so loudly she had to wonder how Aiden couldn't heart it.

Gods above, this is my punishment, isn't it? This is my warning…Gods; I was so close to loosing her!

Equal parts terror, rage, and relief crashed over Aiden as he held Willow close. Gods help him; he never wanted to release her again. He never wanted to take his eyes off of her again. His arms tightened even more, crushing her body to his. He sucked in a sharp breath, trying to fight off the emotions coming over him.

A Frost may never have more than one woman…

WillowI'm so sorry. This is all my fault!

"A-Aiden," Willow managed to get out after another awkward few seconds. "You can…Honestly; you can let me go now. Christine may not be here, but you should still respect her," she cleared her throat.

Christine?! Aiden repeated wildly in his mind as he very reluctantly began to pull back. Christine means nothing to me, in comparison to you…

What am I thinking?

What the hell am I suppose to do now?

"Yes…" he exhaled faintly. "Of course…"

Damn it all, I'm a fucking coward!

Closing his eyes tightly, he reached down and dragged forth the strength to hold back his feelings. The strength came forth, kicking and screaming, but it still came. Shutting down all his emotions with a skill and ruthlessness only a being known as the Lord of Winter could achieve, he rose to his feet, helping Willow up as he did. "So…An explanation for what happened and what is going on here would be greatly appreciated."

Willow blinked, staring into his turquoise eyes, so like Prophecy's. All that stared back was a hard, cold countenance. There was no room for pity, care, or empathy in that expression..."R-right," she whispered, nodding her head weakly. Aiden's arms around her shifted so that he was still holding her up but was no longer pressing her against him. Shaking her head a little, trying to clear it, she turned her attention to the two dark, worried faces that stared back at her on the couch.
