The history of spirits is a beautiful one. They were here long before us, and they've always had ''The Ritual of Sakuna'' every New Year. Sakuna is a type of Chi, and Chi is their magic in a spiritual form. Sakuna Chi is very rare. It's name translates in Spiritian to ''The Golden Chi'' and the Sakuna comes out of the golden cocoon, turning into a pink rose then coming out, letting everyone bathe in its light. The first person to receive the shiny amulet on its neck, gets to adopt it. The spirits also have ''Spiritual Day'' like a rite of passage where they replenish their souls through a new amulet with their type of element on it, such as a Lily Pad Spirit™ gets a amulet with a pink and green lily pad on it. Spirits grow a bit slower than humans, so a Spirit that looks 12 is actually 8. Baby spirits, under the age of 10, are called pixies. Kid spirits, under the age of 18 They get their amulets when they turn 10 years old (even though they look 13).
