A/n:....Yes I know I'm Satan. Am I sorry? No.
Sting was pacing. Natsu was calming, or stressing, himself by watching, his eyes followed eye turn, spin, whatever Sting took. Wendy was sitting on the floor with crossed les, Chelia right next to her. "He should've been home by now." Gray said putting his phone away. They were all sitting on the couch of the six's couch. They managed to tell the dragon slayers it was Rogue's house and not all of theirs. Gajeel phone started ringing. "Who is it?!" Wendy yelled. "Is it Rogue?!" Gajeel put his hand up to silence everyone. He was so worried he didn't check the number. "Gajeel~." Alexis cooed. Gajeel went pale. He put his phone on speaker for everyone to hear. "Your friend didn't show, am I correct? Hmm, well I know where he is. Check the shed on West 22nd." Gajeel hung up. Everyone scrambled off the couch and floor. They sprinted all the way to the west side of town, even though they were on east. When they reached the address Alexis had given they found a rusty, old, shed. The door had a lock on it. Gajeel and Laxus rammed into the door with their shoulders until the lock busted off and the door fell to the ground with a loud crash.
Sting instantly picked up the scent of dark chocolate, pine, and blood. "This way!" He yelled running forward. Everyone quickly followed with worried faces. There was one last door that had about three locks. "I got it." Natsu said. His right le caught fire. "Fire dragon talon!" The door burst into flame and broke. Sting was the first one to run in. All the dragons slayers noses filled with scents, but all of their noses filled with the scent of blood. With his excellent vision, Sting quickly found a figure leaned against a wall. "Rogue!" Sting yelled. Everyone quickly ran towards the body. When they lit a candle they gasped. Rogue had deep gashes covering his arms, stomach, and legs. His clothes were torn apart by some animal, he had a deep bite mark on his neck, but what was most disturbing, was the cut that went from his eyebrow, over his eyelid, all the way to his lip. Sting hugged the shadow dragon slayer with tears running down his cheeks. "Rogue." Kinana and Chelia covered their mouths. Wendy was hiding her face in Freed's coat, but the rest were angered. They knew who did this, and they were going to pay. But first, Rogue needed immediate medical attention.
Days later: Sting's P.O.V
Rogue has been in a coma for six days, I haven't been able to eat, sleep, sing! In class I was tapping my pencil and Gajeel told me it was just a bunch of random taps and not at all a beat anyone'd enjoy. Natsu made a joke I'd usually double over laughing at but when he slammed his locker that's when I stopped thinking about Rogue. Wendy even accidentally hit me really hard but I had absolutely no reaction. I think I've officially gone Rogue crazy. But who could fucking blame me?! Who doesn't want to talk with him, see his smile, hear his laughter, play guitar, hear his singing voice, yeah, I'm Rogue insane! I was sitting in the studio, umm...uh...working on something when my phone started ringing. I quickly wrote down one last word, then picked it up. "Sting Eucliffe?" A woman asked.
"Yes?" I used my neck to hold the phone as I continued to write. The woman spoke making me drop my pencil.
I ran down the hallways, putting my jacket on. "HE'S AWAKE!" I yelled as I passed the others. They ran after me, also struggling to put their jackets on. Just like last time, we ran all the way to the south of town from the North. I ran into the hospital. The woman at the front counter told us Rogue's room number and we ran up the stairs to get there. A doctor was standing there. "Is he okay?" Gray asked. "Yes, and awake, but-" We ran inside. Rogue was looking at the bed sheets when he noticed us. "You're awake!" I yelled then bear hugged him. "Uh...yeah...umm...who are you?" My eyes widened and I slowly pulled back. "Actually, who are all of you?" Kinana and Levy gasped. The doctor walked inside. "Mr. Cheney, you were found by these people on the verge of death. I hate to tell you, but you are suffering from amnesia." I felt my breath getting shaky. Two arms wrapped around me. Natsu and Gajeel were holding my back. "Sting, you okay?" I nodded. "Amnesia?" Rogue asked and the doctor nodded.
"How long do you think it will be until he remembers everything?" Freed asked. "Come with me." We all walked outside with the doctor. "First off, he has forgotten the last, per-say the last two to three last years, how long have you known him?"
"A few weeks." I piped up. "We've known Rogue for three years." Gray said with his finger on his lips. It was obvious he was trying not to cry his eyes out. "Three years then." The doctor said writing some words down. "Secondly, there was a large dent in his skull X-ray, possibly a brick or baseball bat, there's a 30% chance he will never regain his memory." Nope, not staying a whole. We all started crying, besides Gajeel and Laxus but I could tell they were just as upset. Wendy hugged Chelia as they cried. Gray tried to comfort Kinana but he was just as broken up. Levy was crying into Freed's shoulder. 'Rogue...I need you to remember, remember me.'
