We penny boarded to the beach like any ordinary day. Especially since Vic and Josh went on a date. Though I hear her screaming in my head 'it isn't a date!!". We all know it is how couldn't it be. We watched the sunset and we splashed in the water. This time felt different, he is my best friend. I don't know I felt more happy more alive with him then ever. His smile could be my only light and I would know where I'm going. Oh my.... I like him Ashley stop he doesn't like you like that! I kept screaming at my self. How could anyone like me. Oh no anxiety attack...
"ash calm down, your over thinking again, Vic is fine" He said
"yea, I know I'm just worried about her I guess" I said because that was what I was thinking about
"come here" he looked at me by the shoreline "I know when your lying" he said and kissed me "I do like you like that" he smirked
"what??" I asked confused as he brought over my favorite flowers and showed me to a picnic of my favorite foods.
This couldn't be anymore amazing than it is. We cuddled as the sunset and we knew we had to head back home it was getting to dark. He lead me but did a detour and then stopped.
"remember this place?" He asked
"the first time we met force by my sister and he new boy" I said smiling
"and its also the place I will ask you Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked
"of course I will I have liked you for the longest but hid it for my safety" I said honestly
"you keep yourself cut of because your scared of being hurt but your not scared of love just the people you fall in love with" He said
