Chapter 6

**Abbys POV**

I sort through my closet to find an outfit to wear on my date with Hayes.

I don't want to dress up, I'm gonna keep it casual.

I choose a gray shirt with a pink heart, it's a crop top. I slip on a pair of shorts, and my gray vans. I then straighten my hair.

Hayes should be here anytime. He said he would pick me up around 6:00, and it's 5:50 now.

Hayes was completely shocked when I said I would go on a date with him.

I hear a knock at the door and run down the stairs to open it.

**Hayes POV**

I am very nervous yet very excited to go on a date with Abby.

The door opens and I see Abby, she is so gorgeous.

Her hair is brown with blonde highlights, perfectly perfect. Her body structure is very petite, and I like that. Her eyes are hazel, so adorable.

Every time I see her butterflies appear in my stomach.

"Hey there cutie" I say. She smiles and looks down like she's embarrassed.

"Hey" she says smiling. Her dimples are adorable.

"Are you ready to go?" I said. "Let's go" she says grabbing my arm.

"Where you taking me?" She says. "Is the park okay?" I say back.

"I love the park, it's only like 3 minutes away" she says.

We walk down the sidewalk. I want to hold her hand, but I know that would be to soon. Everything is happening so quick. I mean I have only known her for two days.

We arrive at the park and she runs to the swings. I push her. I can tell she is enjoying it.

We stay at the park for alittle over a hour, then we walk to Dairy Queen to get some icecream.

We walk back to her house. I walked her to her door.

"I had a lot of fun tonight Hayes" she says. "Me too" I said back.

"We'll thanks for everything" she's says. "My pleasure" I say back.

She kisses my cheek and runs into her house.
