'Did you hear Cancer's body was found three days ago?' Pisces asked Sagittarius.

'Didn't she go missing eight days ago?' Sagittarius replied.

'Yeah, we've got the job of investigating her murder,' Virgo walked by, and sat on Sagittarius' desk.

'Well let's go! We're going to have to check out where her body was found first,' Pisces said, putting on his coat.

Virgo carefully studied the ground and flowers. 

'Sagittarius?' he called, 'do these marks look like high heel footprints?'

Sagittarius bent down, and nodded.

'They're definitely high heels.' Sagittarius said.

'So.. there's the footprints of men's shoes and high heels. Obviously Aquarius who discovered the body is the men's shoes, but the high heels.. a woman must've been here. You can even see the high heels seem to be following Aquarius around.' Pisces said.

The three were silent for a while.

'I don't know.. but Aquarius you know, he's dealt and still is dealing with shady people. What if the high heels were Cancer's, and the whole missing thing was actually just Aquarius trying to cover up the murder?' Virgo said.

'That is a good point, making Cancer go 'missing' then finding her body some time later, however, we have to see the body first before we can make any assumptions.

Sagittarius took some pictures as Virgo and Pisces continued looking around.

A few metres away from where Cancer's body was found, Pisces noticed that there was an area of flattened flowers. He called over Sagittarius and Virgo.

'It looks like someone was sleeping or lying down here,' Pisces pointed at the spot.

'Well they must've been overweight,' Virgo said bluntly. Sagittarius snorted.

'Or it could've just been two people,' Sagittarius pointed out.

'Whatever, but take some pictures,' Virgo told Sagittarius, 'this is all very suspicious to me.'

'It's unbelievable!' Pisces was telling Leo, his friend, about Cancer's case.

'So, she went missing on the 7th, then her body was found on the 12th?' Leo said slowly, clearly thinking hard.

'Yep, and the thing is, her husband Aquarius found her body at 11pm in a field of flowers!' Pisces nodded.

'Do you think Aquarius has anything to do with it?' Leo said, 'he looks pretty shady, finding Cancer's body and you know, he deals with shady people on the wrong side of town!'

'Yes yes, but they're still doing tests on Cancer's body. It appears she was stabbed twice, in the guts somewhere near the intestines, and in the heart, which I'm pretty sure would've been the fatal wound.' Pisces continued.

'And you know Aqu-' Leo started, but he stayed silent.

'What?' Pisces said confused.

'No, no nothing,' Leo shook his head, 'just a thought.' Pisces looked suspiciously at his friend, but didn't say anything.

Scorpio was exhausted as he walked to his house. He and Sagittarius' houses were terrace houses and Sagittarius waved at him from her garden. She appeared to be reading some files on a chair on her verandah and Scorpio wondered what they were.
