She walks through the streets
Her world hopeless and bleakShe looks to the stars
Being passed by carsShe tripped and falls
Avoiding all wallsHis arms wrap around her
His arms surrounded herShe looks at his face
and stands frozen in placeFor her time stops
Not even a popHer fate was sealed
before she could yieldFor here in his arms
She falls for his charmsHer cheeks turned red
The blush quite spreadOne long day later
As she was a waiterHe entered her store
Right through the front doorThey smiled and laughed
As she perfected her craftShe then took him home
To her house carved from stoneTheir love started to bloom
One year later in JuneShe'd never felt such joy
That she had with this boyThey got married quite young
But that's all the funIt was true love
Well... Sort ofAs years went by
They reached for the skyReaching new heights
Under the city lightsTheir life perfect
No direct conflictTogether for ages
Earning high wagesThey raised loving kids
who gave them beautiful grandkidsAnd as her sight started to fade
He made her not afraidAnd as she went to the abyss
He gave her one final kiss
