"Rainbows Eye"
He didn't seem right
Skies clear blue atmosphere were now a blank and faded blue.
Oh how those same eyes
stared at the walls like a void he wanted to escape into,
without a single hesitation.
He was strange today
I'm worried
-
She loved how his kind eyes
resembled his personality of a vibrant brown.
How he'd shown her the light in the darkest of days,
ignoring the bites of rumors that hovered among them like flies.
But yet, he walked right passed her
like dust
as she waited for him
to turn around and notice how he ignored her
with the scars of anxiety that still remained
from the father that betrayed.
