Only if u could take a bit of time for me

I could tell you n number of stories you see

Or we could discuss about anything below the sky

and share things which made us sigh

Only if you could take out time for me

I could expect you to stand tall like a tree

to protect me from my foe

or end up giving me the much needed shadow

Only if you could take out time for me

I could tell you how my days had been

such a mess more than u could have imagined

or how i feel to have been abandoned

Only if you could take out time for me

I could have ended up hugging thee

and cried my small heart out

expecting you to say eventually something good would turnout

Only if you could take out time for me

I could tell you, you were my heart's special invitee

with whom it wanted to share many secrets

since it's not afraid to show you its weakness

But you were probably busy

to  even realize i was tizzy

Yet I just hoped one day you would be free

or atleast could take out a bit of time for me.
