Camping- Jonah

You were a counsler for your little sister's camping trip. You were going to be compete with a few other groups from other areas. You were driving the van with about 12 girls ya'll were listening to music and talking all ready having a great time. You finally got to the area and saw 2 other groups have arrived. You were signing in when another group pulled up. There was about 11 girls as expected but then a boy about 18 came out. "Is he the head counsler?" You asked "Yep, Jonah is his name won the competition two years in a row he will be your team's partner." You nodded getting the map and heading over to your area. You kept an eye on Jonah man the way his back muscles flexed in that tight shirt. You felt a little tug at your shorts "Mrs.(your last name) we need help setting up the tents." You nodded and helped get the tent's set you were setting your when you heard someone clear there throat. You looked up and saw Jonah he smiled "Hi i'm Jonah Marais" you stood up wiping your hands on your shorts "I'm (your name) this is my first year here but it seems you have a reputation." He laughed "I know your new I would have remember if not and yeah 2 year but again it's all about fun." 'Yeah " you said a little sarcastic as you were very competitve. He nodded heading of to his spot you bit your lip as he bent down grabbing wood. (TIME SKIP) Soon it was last night and all the groups came together to a big bond fire. On of the counselors from another group stood up clearing her throat. "Alright well everyone tomorrow we will start the last competition hiking. The score is Bluebells/Magnolias and Daisy's/Roses are tied.  Now all camp counselors we will meet at 8 am sharp to dicuss safety and other topics." Everyone nodded and continued to eat hotdogs and smores. After dinner you took the girls and got ready for bed. You saw Jonah looking out at the river you decided to join him. After all the girls were in their tents you sat beside him. "It's pretty how the moon reflects off the water." He nodded and looked at you "So how'd you get into being your goups counselor?" "My sister is a Bluebell and nobody else volunteered." He nodded "How'd you?" He just shrugged "I always loved nature and my sister Syvaia was in Magnolias as well and we don't do much as I am always traveling it's kinda our tradition." You nodded "Well better get back i'll see you in the morning." You said getting up and heading to your tent setting your alarm for 8 and sleeping. You woke up and got ready putting your hair in a messy bun. You grabbed a hunny bun from your bag and got out meeting the other counselors. "Alright so we are going to be in 2 teams Y/N and Jonah and Me and Taylor. Each wil hide a flag in there designated spot on the map and the other two groups have to find it in the woods. First one to bring the other's flag back get a point." Ya'll nodded you looked at Jonah "You wanna hide the flag?" He nodded going off into the woods you got your team and his up and ready. Ya'll were eating breakfest when he got back. He clapped his hands together "Alright girl's we are gonna go on a scavenger hunt." All the girl's were excited Jonah got a call. He looked at you "It's one of my bandmates I got to take this." You nodded seeing the other teams have left. He was on the phone "Jonah we are gonna go ahead we are going up the right trail." You wrote the note and put it on the log under a rock. You told the girl's to go ya'll headed while Jonah was turned away. A little girl who you think was Jonah's siter piped up "Mrs. (your last name) why are we leaving Jonah?" "We arn't leaving him and becuase it's the last competition and the other teams left earlier so they have more of an advantage so we need to hurry." (Jonah's POV) "Jack yes I know and yes I will be there. Jack I have to go it has been." I check my watch "Already 15 minute's I am in the middle of the competion besides the counselor I am working with is super pretty." I heard Jack laugh then I heard Corbyn ask if that was me "Jack I am hanging up see ya'll in 2 days." I hung up turning around not seeing anybody I saw a note oh crap. I started jogging up the right trail I know these parts and that trail is super steep the left one would have taken them the same way. (Your POV) I looked at the map seeing we had about a mile till we got to the spot. You had all the girl's go ahead as their was a steep slope going up. You were going when you slipped falling hearing a crack. You looked at your leg biting your lip you tried to get up "Mrs. Y/N that looks bad." Syvaia said "Yeah but I am ok" you stood up wincing falling back down. "Alright girl's stay there and don't go anywhere I am gonna get my phone." You took your phone out of your pocket seeing it broken and not turning on. You sighed but then hard rustling then Jonah appeared. "Y/N are you ok? you shouldn't have left without me." You nodded wincing in pain Jonah helped you up. "It looks broken here" He helped the girl's get down and got his phone calling an ambulance. Afterwards he called the other counselor and carried you bridal way's and helping the girls until ya'll got to camp. The other team was waiting the other girl's helped you sit down. "What happened?" you looked down in shame but Jonah piped up "I didn't follow the map and went onto the right trail and Y/N fell it's my fault." "Alright well Jonah the maps are there for a reason for safety." He nodded "You didn't have to do that." He shrugged "It's your first year your still a rookie." "Sorry I runined your streak and your time with your sister." He shrugged "I will just buy her something and besides this was on of the best years at camp."
