Imagine a peaceful day. The sun is warm on your face. Kids are at the park or playing with dogs. The chitter of squirrels and the beautiful songs of birds can be heard ubove you.
Now, think about your life. I bet it is nothing like that peaceful day. Your parents probably fight, or you siblings fight. You just want to run away.
That is what the poem is about. I just want to escape, so I think about my poems. That peaceful day. My life is not peaceful in the slightest. And that is the reason for the poem.
