*Luke's P.O.V.*
I woke up and slowly blinked, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. I rolled over and grabbed my phone from the nightstand, checking the time. 10:38 AM. Not too late to stop and get some coffee.
Stepping out of bed, I walked over to my closet. I grabbed a soft lavender sweater and some black skinnies along with my converse. I grabbed my backpack, wallet, and keys and headed out the front door of my apartment.
~Time Skip~
"Aaaaasshhhyyy." I said as I walked into the cozy café.
Ashton looked up from the cup he was filling with coffee and smiled at me, pushing his glasses up. "Hey, Luke. How's your morning been?" He gave the coffee to the customer waiting at the counter.
I walked up to the counter myself and pushed 10 dollars to Ashton. "It was alright. Yours?"
Ashton took the 10 and put it into the cash register. He sighed and gave me back 3 dollars. "Another guy tried to flirt with me again. Ugh."
I laughed and leaned against the counter. "You just give off that gay vibe."
He rolled his eyes and lightly pushed my shoulder before starting to make the coffee he knows I like. "I'm pansexual. I'm not that gay."
I snorted. "I didn't realize you had a specific level of gay, Ash."
He threw an icecube at me from where he was scooping some into the cup.
I pouted fakely. "Why are you so mean to me?"
He rolled his eyes again but smiled as he handed a caramel iced coffee and pumpkin muffin to me.
I took the food from him and grinned, saying a thank you as I walked over to the booth next to the window.
I pulled the wrapper off my muffin and took out A Fault in Our Stars and began to read. Before I knew it the muffin was gone and I drank all the coffee.
Placing my bookmark in, I stood up and threw away my cup and muffin wrapper. As I walked out the door, I yelled, "Come over after classes, Ashton! I wanna watch American Horror Story!"
"Okay, I'll text you when I'm done with classes!" He yelled back from behind the counter.
I giggled and walked out of the coffee shop and down the street towards my university.
