Darkness rolled across the lands. The beautiful princess stare out the window from her tower, wishing to leave. The queen would never allow it.
Her favourite thing to do was sing. No one ever heard her though. It disappointed her. She wished that some one would hear her.
The beauty sang and sang until she felt as though her throat was bleeding.
She had everything she needed in her tower; water, a bed, blankets and there was always food outside of her door at the appointed times of day.
In the beginning there were knocks and when she rushed to the door all she saw was the back of a woman.
The beauty wanted her father. He was a lovely man, until the queen killed him.
The princess soothed her throat with the cold, metallic water.
She started singing again.
All she did was sing.
She wanted to dance and leap and marry but that will never happen.
Everyday she sang about death. Someone could think that it's about a man.
She sang about falling from great heights.
All the singing got to her.
She got up on the ledge of the window and looked down.
She sang about how she would do it. How she would jump.
For all the beauty she possessed, she was mad.
She felt as though it was a brilliant idea.
She just fell as though she was pushed.
The wind rushing was amazing.
She sat up in bed and rushed to the window...
