My name is Emily Jacobs, and I'm not like most girls. I've got a secret that I've never told anybody. This will be hard for me, but I have to get it off my chest. It all started one night, when I was hanging out with my friends, Stephanie and Kaylie. We where heading to Sarah's party. She's the most popular girl in school. When we got there it was about, I would say 8:35p.m. And it was already crazy!! There were tons of people!!! For about 3 hours I just sat by myself and just listened to music. When this really cute boy came over, " hi " I said " hey, Do you want to dance? " It took me a couple seconds to figure out he was talking to me. Nervously I said " um sure ". We danced for about 20 minutes, but it seemed like a life time. He was so sweet, he said his name was Adam. He had short blonde hair that spiked up like mountains sticking out of heavy fog. His eyes were like a deep blue ocean. That made me feel weak and helpless, but happy and safe. But I was wrong.
CHAPTER 2
Where Am I?
I awoke to the sound of beeping, and tapping. I looked around, I couldn't remember anything, not even who I was, or how I got here. I tried pinching myself just to make sure I wasn't dreaming. unfortunately It wasn't. Right when I was about to get up and leave I realized it was a hospital. well it had to be, I was hooked up to the same machine they have in hospitals on T.V. I tried to stand up, but I just felt so weak and tired. And I fell straight to the ground. All I remember is a bunch of people surrounding me. I think there were 3 girls and 2 men, but that could just have been my imagination. I woke a couple hours later. there was a dim light outside. I'm pretty sure it was almost night time. I looked at the alarm clock next to my bed. it was 12:43a.m.!! How did I sleep for so long? Did I even sleep that long? There where so many questions going through my mind.
