The Dawning: Monthly Awards (Closed)

Welcome

I don't have much to say in lieu of a welcome. So I'll just start with telling you why I started these awards.

I started Wattpad back in June and I joined a lot of contests and awards. However, most of them are still either judging or ongoing. This made me really wanted to submit my books into monthly awards because they are quicker and you don't have to wait months and months for the results. Unfortunately there aren't many of these monthly awards. The ones that are there, never finish judging on time. I get that people are busy and all. I am too(school just doesn't give you a break does it?). Still, I promise you here and now to always meet the deadlines. If I don't, feel free to bombard my pm and messages, telling me to get my act together!😉

Also, please check the next chapter to make sure that the genre you want to enter is available.

RULES:

1) Please follow this account

2) Please check out my original account @Rosephilips. You don't have to but it would mean a lot if you tell me what you think of my books

3) Books must be at least 5 chapters ( you can have 3 or 4, provided the chapters aren't to short). Short stories can have less chapters, of course. Completed books are accepted but I might not read all the chapter, unless I really enjoyed it. I will read up to 20 chapters though.

4) Only books written in English are accepted (sorry that's the only language I'm fluent enough to judge)

5)  Add this book to your reading list

6) Please be polite (or I will report and mute you) Remember if you win next month's contestants will have to do the same for your book. Just two comments isn't asking much. 

7) You must check out the winning book of the genre you are entering and you must leave a two to three sentence, genuine comment each on any two chapters of that book. At the end of each comment, tag this account. Only then will your entry be accepted. Just two comments isn't asking much. Remember if you win, next month's contestants will have to do the same for your book.  Password: your favourite city in the world.

8) books with 15K or more views will not be accepted

9) You can enter up to three books but they must be in different categories

10) I have the right to not accept any book. Before accepting, I will read the first chapter of your book and judge it based on grammar, sentence structure and spelling mistakes. This is because there is no point accepting books that have too many errors. If your book does, I'll give you 2 days to fix the errors after which you won't be accepted.
